We always aim to provide an outstanding service, indeed, we have not received a bad review before and serve as a priority provider to our local clinical commissioning group therefore, we take your comments very seriously and wholeheartedly apologise for the negative experience you have found with us. All staff undertake end of life learning prior to working with us, we then cover this during our face to face induction after which staff must pass rigorous competencies that are completed while working in the field. Since your comments we have incorporated additional learning on end of life care to ensure staff are fully aware of the importance of providing dignity and care to those approaching the end of their life. I understand this may be too late for you, however, I wish to offer reassurance that we have learnt from your comments and have taken steps to ensure we provide the best care possible.

StellarCare NW was founded in April 2018 by a Stella Shaw, a Registered Nurse with a long history of working in the NHS and Education sector.
