I've used TCS Homecare for several years. Their staff and office workers are always kind attentive and respectful. The office are always willing to help with any issue I might have. They can also be flexible if given enough notice.

The staff and management have been nothing but excellent. One carer in particular is a star. I'm treated with kindness and dignity, at the moment my mobility is very poor and the staff do their utmost to go above and beyond to help me. The carer makes me lovely meals and is excellent at making sure
my food's all in date. I would highly recommend TCS Homecare.

I cannot fault TCS. My mum is receiving care from the same carers who looked after my stepdad, who has Parkinson's. This continuity was important as she has Alzheimer's. Excellent communication with the office, who will always call me straight back if I send an email with any queries. Very knowledgeable
and compassionate. I cannot fault the care my mum receives and would thoroughly recommend TCS.

TSC work hard to maintain continuity of carers which is so important when providing care for someone with a complexity of needs. The carers and office staff work as a team with me to ensure communication is effective and all care needs are met. The majority of the carers are kind and caring. Caring
for someone with significant needs is not easy and the carers carry out all tasks without complaint. It would be impossible for my relative to remain at home without the support and care of TSC staff.

I cannot fault the care I have received. My caregiver is efficient, charming, friendly, thorough, and reliable. My overall health and wellbeing has improved considerably. However, although it is to be expected, the care provided by the 'fill-in staff' could be improved.

I am very pleased with the care that I receive from my friends, my carers, although each is different, we are friends who work together. I know that they are supported by an efficient office staff, who will accept calls at any time of day, respond to queries with helpful advice and sort out a problem
if I have one. They provide supervision of their carers and ensure that good standards are kept. Nice to work with. I do recommend this company.

I have expressed my opinion on Dad's main carer many times. She is very good when caring for my dad. She does not cut corners (as the saying goes), she does all that is on her task bar. If I ever need help with anything, she will always help. Most importantly, Dad is very happy with the care he gets.
The encouragement to do his exercises, the conversations etc.
Cover staff are ok, just can't compete with someone that cares for him mainly.
