Thank you so much for you taking the time to write this review. One of the areas we work very hard on is speed of response, flexibility, and providing peace-of-mind to loved ones that they can entrust care of their loved ones to us. The care staff who looked after your mom loved visiting her. Each client is indeed very dear to us and we always want to become an extended member of the family, able to do whatever is needed to enhance day-to-day life and ensure they can remain in their own home for as long as possible.

Thanks for the great feedback. I am glad we were able to help your mom and dad during the time in need. It is a pity your dad decided to discontinue services even though your parents looked forward every day to their assigned CAREGiver coming in but he felt he is now able to cope by himself and to assist your mom with her daily care needs.

I was drawn to Home Instead’s values and beliefs and opened my first franchise in Weston Super Mare in 2012. I owned this until 2017 when I took some time out to return to South Africa (my birth country).
In November 2019, I was proud to be the first person to return to the franchise network and open our Bristol East office (in Hanham.) The brand of Home Instead is flourishing and our team here continues to grow in numbers and experience.
