Thank you Maria for taking the time in writing this review. We understand initially there were hiccups in understanding how to use some of the equipment that are present in Mum's flat, however adding instructions for carer's ease has helped. Your mum who has full capacity and is capable of giving instructions to the carers, however, carers definitely get demoralised when there is constant intervention either by phone calls or by other means from other family members.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review about your recent experience with Caremark Elmbridge. We are disheartened to hear that some elements of our service were disappointing to you. We have spoken in person regarding this issue and have made local authorities aware of this very uncommon situation that occurred where your relative was left unattended.
This is not the kind of service we aim to provide to our customers, however, we have a duty of care towards our carers. We had numerous feedback from carers that they were not treated with respect and were getting verbally abused by yourself.
We will miss looking after your relative, however any form of abuse towards our staff by clients family members is unacceptable.
