CCHC rescued my Dad from a disastrous live-in care situation delivered by a national agency, where he was being neglected. After a long spell in hospital, my Dad lost all interest in life, becoming very unwell, distressed, and depressed. Instantaneously, 2 of the managers and the team dropped everything
to transform Dad's situation with a flexible, caring, tailored live-in and drop-in care package where all his needs are covered.
His wonderful live-in carer is an amazing cook, got his appetite back, took him out, and made him feel confident and cared about. She goes above and beyond, also bringing her little dog for company. The team are compassionate professionals who take care of every detail (peace of mind to the family who don't live locally). What a difference this has made to my Dad who enjoys his carer's company, has got his smile back, and returned to reading books again, the great love of his life. Thanks for everything you do for our family. You are worth your weight in gold!

The complete Community Home Care team exceeded all expectations, providing exceptional care with compassion and professionalism. Their attention to detail and commitment to the well-being of their clients is truly remarkable. They go above and beyond to ensure comfort and support, creating a warm and
nurturing environment. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of outstanding home care. As a family we worried about carers being in our home all the time, this has been like a breath of fresh air and fantastic support not only for myself but my wife and family.

The carers have a difficult job and not a lot of time to carry out all that is required but turn up and do it with a smile and really care about what is happening to my mother. Any concerns they have with my mother are dealt with promptly and show that they are dealing with a person. They have also
taken responsibility for a number of things which means we now know we can relax as these things are done, thank you.

The maximum Review Score for a Home Care Provider is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  • a) 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months.

The 5 points relating to the number of Positive Reviews for Complete Community Home Care Ltd is based on 4 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as follows: 3 + 0.5 + 0.5 + 0.25 = 4.25

With a career in the care industry that spans over two decades, I have dedicated my life to improving the quality of care provided within the community. Since starting in the field in 1997, I have worked my way up through various roles, gaining invaluable experience and insight into the needs and challenges of providing exceptional care.
In recognition of the commitment and expertise, I then achieved my Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, becoming a registered manager. For the past ten years, they have excelled in this role, demonstrating exceptional leadership and a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in domiciliary care.
In 2019, driven by a passion for making a tangible difference, I then founded Complete Community Home Care with my best friend Sarah Hall who has the same passion and drive as myself.
The aim was clear: to ensure that the highest standards of care are delivered consistently within the community. I believe that personal involvement is key to maintaining these standards, which is why they regularly visit clients and provide hands-on care.
This direct approach not only ensures that the quality of care is maintained but also allows us to build strong, trusting relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences. This commitment to excellence is at the heart of CCHC and is a testament to our dedication to the field.
Outside of my professional life, I enjoy traveling and spending quality time with my family and close friends. These experiences provide a balanced perspective and renewed energy, which brings back to my work, continually striving to enhance the lives of those we care for.

Job Title: Staff Co-ordinator

A little bit about me, my career started in retail, and this saw me work my way into retail management, after 19 happy years covid hit and sadly I was made redundant. At this point I took time to think about what the next career path would be, when I left school, I studied health and social care, and after caring for my late mum I went into domiciliary care.
I started as a carer, then progressed to a senior then progressed into the office as Staff Co-ordinator and I
have the best job looking after staff and retention. Then in November this year my title changed, and service got added. I still look after the welfare of the staff but also look into activities for the service users.
My free time I love spending time with my family and friends.
