The Review Score of 9.2 (9.167) out of 10 for Complete Community Home Care Ltd is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.
a) The Average Rating is 4.9 out of 5 from 4 Reviews in the last 24 months.
b) The score for the number of positive Reviews is 4.3 out of 5 from 4 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.
The maximum Review Score for a Home Care Provider is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:
a) 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months.
The Average Rating of 4.917 for Complete Community Home Care Ltd is calculated as follows: ( (22 Excellents x 5) + (2 Goods x 4) ) ÷ 24 Ratings = 4.917
b) 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5').
The 5 points available are broken down as follows: 3 points for the first Positive Review, 2 points in total for each of the next 9 Positive Reviews (1st = 3, 2nd = 0.5, 3rd = 0.5, 4th = 0.25, 5th = 0.25, 6th = 0.1, 7th = 0.1, 8th = 0.1, 9th = 0.1, 10th = 0.1)
The 5 points relating to the number of Positive Reviews for Complete Community Home Care Ltd is based on 4 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as follows: 3 + 0.5 + 0.5 + 0.25 = 4.25
When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
If a Home Care Provider does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.

Job Title: Company Director/Registered Manager
Joined: 2019
With a career in the care industry that spans over two decades, I have dedicated my life to improving the quality of care provided within the community. Since starting in the field in 1997, I have worked my way up through various roles, gaining invaluable experience and insight into the needs and challenges of providing exceptional care.
In recognition of the commitment and expertise, I then achieved my Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, becoming a registered manager. For the past ten years, they have excelled in this role, demonstrating exceptional leadership and a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in domiciliary care.
In 2019, driven by a passion for making a tangible difference, I then founded Complete Community Home Care with my best friend Sarah Hall who has the same passion and drive as myself.
The aim was clear: to ensure that the highest standards of care are delivered consistently within the community. I believe that personal involvement is key to maintaining these standards, which is why they regularly visit clients and provide hands-on care.
This direct approach not only ensures that the quality of care is maintained but also allows us to build strong, trusting relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences. This commitment to excellence is at the heart of CCHC and is a testament to our dedication to the field.
Outside of my professional life, I enjoy traveling and spending quality time with my family and close friends. These experiences provide a balanced perspective and renewed energy, which brings back to my work, continually striving to enhance the lives of those we care for.
Job Title: Company Director

With a career in the care industry beginning in 1997, I have amassed extensive experience and expertise over the years. Starting in entry-level roles, as a care assistant, then worked diligently to advance through the ranks, eventually becoming a registered manager. This role allowed Sarah to demonstrate exceptional leadership and a deep commitment to high-quality care.
In 2019, driven by a desire to make a significant impact in the community, I founded Complete Community Home Care with my best friend Bonnie Rochester who shares the same values and commitment to make a difference. This venture was born out of a passion for providing exemplary care and ensuring that clients receive the best possible support in their own homes. CCHC takes pride in maintaining a hands-on approach, regularly visiting clients to ensure that the care delivered meets the highest standards.
Outside of my professional role, I enjoy traveling and cherishing time spent with animals, family, and friends. These personal interests provide a well-rounded perspective and contribute to a fulfilling life both inside and outside of work.
Myself and Bonnie remain dedicated to enhancing the lives of those in our care, continually striving to provide compassionate and personalised support within the community.
Job Title: Lead Care Manager

I started my career five years ago with CCHC in 2019, starting as a carer, I have had the privilege of working my way up to my current role as Lead Care Manager. This progression has allowed me to gain valuable insights and hands-on experience in various aspects of care, from direct client support to the intricacies of care management. My passion lies in making a difference in the lives of those we support at CCHC. I thrive on the challenge of working with individuals who have complex needs and finding effective ways to improve their quality of life. Seeing the positive changes that dedicated support can bring is the driving force behind my commitment to care and CCHC.
In my personal life, I enjoy my rural life with my husband, our five dogs, cat and lots of chickens. We also have six cars which we enjoy modifying and sharing with the wider car community. We enjoy walking around Northumberland and taking in the beauty of our county. I achieved my degree in Clinical Sciences from the University of Bradford and I am now working towards my Level 5 in Health and Social Management, as well as my Masters in Psychology.
I am excited to continue my journey in care management, dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve and working towards creating a brighter future for all individuals under my care.

My name is Mandy. I have worked at Complete Community Homecare for almost 4 years, starting as a Full time carer.
For the last 33 years I have worked with older people, in hospital wards, care homes and in the community.
I have a great job meeting new clients, completing their assessments, and ensuring the right carer is matched to their service so that their care at home experience is the best it can be!
I meet the clients, their families their cats and dogs, and even budgies! and enjoy chatting and getting to know everyone over a nice pot of tea.
You will often see me out and about meeting clients and carers to keep up to date with how things are going.
In my spare time I enjoy the outdoors, I am a dog owner and dog lover. I like to get out into the fresh air and enjoy the wonderful area of Northumberland.

Job Title: Staff Co-ordinator
Joined: 2023
A little bit about me, my career started in retail, and this saw me work my way into retail management, after 19 happy years covid hit and sadly I was made redundant. At this point I took time to think about what the next career path would be, when I left school, I studied health and social care, and after caring for my late mum I went into domiciliary care.
I started as a carer, then progressed to a senior then progressed into the office as Staff Co-ordinator and I
have the best job looking after staff and retention. Then in November this year my title changed, and service got added. I still look after the welfare of the staff but also look into activities for the service users.
My free time I love spending time with my family and friends.
