Introductory visit - Before care and support with a client begins, care staff are introduced to the client to build trust, rapport, and mutual understanding.

Patch Care Home Care - A flexible new care service that is designed to combat loneliness where care staff are allocated to an area to care for a certain number of clients within the area to become their named key worker to encourage good relationship and confidence.

Permanent allocation of care staff - They allocate carers according to their skills, experience and culture to clients to encourage continuous care.

Escort - They are able to escort clients to their appointments, social activities and visit families and friends.

Live in care - They assign carers to live in with clients in their own house to manage their day to day living activities as well as being their friend and fit in to be part of their family.

I just wanted to say mum is so so happy with her carers, theses girls are great. These girls have brought my mum back to us. They are caring and loving and very gentle and understanding with mum who couldn't come to terms with being bed bound but these girls helped her to come to terms with it and she
was so frightened with being touched but her carers have help her so much. Her carers have trained another carer who has stood in for one of the carers so well. She now has three angels that she trusts so much. They are all part of our family. One carer has been with mum from the start, just over a year now and then another carer comes along and the first carer trained her so well with mum. The one of the carers went on holiday and mum was worried about who she would have and was very scared that they wouldn't be able to help the other carer but she needn't not worry as the carer who came along and so was gentle with mum and with the carer's training and guidance they were great with mum and mum is looking forward to seeing them all back.

One of the carers massaged my friend’s legs which reduced the swelling of the legs. None of the other carers thought of it. I’m glad that particular carer did it so my friend is at ease afterwards. Hopefully, they will look after my friend well.

The family wanted to thank Caremark (Barking & Dagenham) for the level of care and support my father received. From the first day you visited him, you were able to assess and understand the level of care that would be needed and you continued to visit to see how everything was going and if we were all
happy with care. Carers were kind and efficient in tending to my father.
