Compassionate and thoughtful care. They always show kindness. All the staff I have met are helpful and if they think there might be a problem they telephone me to check. My Aunt, who is in their care, is happy and very well looked after.

This is the first time my mum has used a care agency and I am so glad I picked Alina. I have had to change some of the times around or add times in at the last minute and the girls in the office are brilliant at accommodating this. My mum says all the carers are very kind, patient and caring. The girls
are always on time. The whole Alina team are very hardworking and I would highly recommend Alina to anyone looking for a good care agency.

All the carers who looked after my mother in law in her last few days were amazing, well trained and nothing was too much trouble for them and really helped us in our time of need. Highly professional and trained well for all care needs. The office staff were also great when asking any questions we

I cannot recommend Alina Homecare Bristol South highly enough. The manager and her team have been caring for my parents for the last 9 months. Through the most difficult times of COVID and the changing needs of my parents, they have been patient, caring and kind. The manager and her team communicate
clearly and are proactive in reaching out to the family with suggestions and solutions. We have worked together to care for my parents. I don't know what we would have done without them.

Excellent service from each carer. Exceptional standard from everyone. Everyone has been easy to get on with, accommodating and nothing was too much trouble for them. Would love to keep on, however, unfortunately, due to the cost of service, we have to find another provider.

My mother gets on well with the carers who visit her and I have been able to request various tasks to be undertaken on a specific day by ringing the office beforehand as my mother is hard of hearing and does not communicate well by telephone.

We would like to thank the manager and all the care staff, for all the help and care you have given to our mother and the rest of the family.
My mother became a client back in November 2019, in April 2020 my mother’s health declined, and her care needs changed, Alina Homecare accommodated and supported
the family immediately.
However in December 2020 her health declined yet again, and Alina Homecare were there to supply additional care, and the extra care she needed. My mother looks forward to seeing her carers every day, she has 3 visits, and she loves them.
On behalf of the family thank you, especially in these testing times.

Alina has been coming to help my dad for several months now and I can honestly say that they are true angels. Nothing to too much trouble and they are constantly checking if there is anything else they can do for Dad. They persist with his showers although we know he has a stubborn streak. The ladies
in the office are so helpful and always on the end of the phone. Well done to everyone.

I needed care for my mum on the weekends. I contacted Alina and within a couple of weeks, they had assessed my mum and care was in place. The carers are absolutely lovely. They take time with mum and don't rush her. They are caring and kind.

Alina came into my Dad's life towards the end of July and thank goodness they did. They have truly been brilliant. The staff visit Dad twice a day, every day and they make sure he takes his tablets and has plenty to drink and eat. They do light duties around the house and throughout everything, the
staff are friendly, chatty, and cheerful. In fact, they help me as well as Dad because I know that Dad is in safe hands and well cared for when I am not with him. They keep me informed at all times and even the office staff and management of the local office are lovely and I have absolute faith in them.

Alina have been caring for my Mum for the past three months and we are very happy with the service provided. In the morning she is given a wash and breakfast and a lunchbox is made for her to have at lunchtime. They ensure her medication is taken and her water jug is topped up. In the evening a hot
meal is prepared and they ensure she has taken her meds and is comfortable and happy before they leave. They left a little gift on one visit of some homemade cakes and cookies for her to have with her tea which was such a lovely touch. We recommended them to a friend who now also uses them.

Alina Homecare has been visiting my mum since January 2020, 3-times a day at weekends and twice on weekdays. They provide personal care, medication requirement, as well as light household duties and providing Mum lunch and supper. I have found all the staff I have met to be efficient, friendly and caring
