My mother-in-law has found her carers reliable and friendly. She enjoys her chats with them each morning.
They have supported her mainly with her personal care like showering and making her breakfast.
It has provided the family with peace of mind knowing that their morning visits would alert us if
there were any health issues.
Unfortunately, my mother-in-law is in hospital and we have been contacted regularly asking how she is and to pass on their kind regards to her.

Castrian Group Ltd support my gran in various areas of her home life. The staff are absolutely great. We can’t praise them highly enough. Their personalities match my gran so it made the transition into needing support even smoother for her. She’s always happy to see them and the only complaint is when
they have to leave. It’s given us, as a family, great peace of mind knowing we’re included in the process and because of the management team and how well they get to know us as a family, any concerns are brought to our attention straight away. We would recommend Castrian to anyone needing home services. From the support staff to the management team they’re caring, genuine and reliable. Gran's so happy. What else could you want?

It is unfortunate that I have to leave this negative review. I found the carers very petty, they would not put my mother's clothes away after they had put them on her. They would not move her cup. The list is long. Basically, they turned up and signed the book. Their ability to put a nappy was non-existent
and when there was an accident and the sheets were soiled they were unhappy to change them. Surely that comes under incontinence care. I found the management manipulative with the fact and some staff economical with the truth. When I sent them an email to complain they pulled out basically leaving my mother without care. Surely anyone would give notice. You are supposed to provide care. I don't believe you know the meaning of it in the true sense. I would not recommend this company Castrian Group Ltd in Brunswick Newcastle to anyone. Very disappointed.

We have found Castrian Group carers very reliable, friendly and helpful. They have supported Mum extremely well. She feels very comfortable with their care and enjoys their company, as does the rest of Mums family. They have been supporting Mum mainly with personal care for about a year and now some
physiotherapy. We couldn't wish for better support or nicer people.

The ladies who look after my mother provide an excellent service. She likes them all and looks forward to their visits. It gives me great peace of mind to know that she is in their capable hands.
They monitor her continually and notify the district nurse and myself of any problems. Should any changes
in routine be required then they are more than willing to accommodate them.
Their reporting system and on-site file is comprehensive and easy to understand.
It is a great help to my mother's wellbeing that she has such excellent care within the environment of her own home.
I cannot praise them enough.

The staff at Castrian Group looked after my mother-in-law before she was transferred to a residential home. I couldn't have asked for better care for her. The staff were fantastic at looking after both her physical and mental needs and knowing that she was being looked after so well gave me peace of
mind. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I was very apprehensive about needing home caring but I can now say that it was the best change that I have ever undertaken and this was made possible by the excellence of my care providers Castrian Group ltd. My care package has been organised to meet my needs and takes into account my wishes and needs.
The quality of all the staff that help care for me is awesome, their skills and training are excellent. Every member of staff that I come into contact with always treats me with respect, dignity, and cheerfulness. The care and support that I receive have given me a new lease of life, one that allows me to look forward to a fulfilling and exciting life. I have so much to thank Castrian and all the staff for. So thank you.

I have been using Castrian Group Ltd for mum's care for the last seven weeks. Very professional care company with a strong lead from the manager. From day one, communication has been excellent. I am able to ring through with any concerns about Mum and this is in turn communicated to the team of girls
immediately. All staff are uniformed, very friendly and nothing is a bother. It is obvious that they treat each client as an individual, slowly getting to know them in a respectful manner. Mum is very wary of anyone new but has embraced the visits from the team and that speaks volumes.

The service has been excellent from the start and they are very easy to contact if I need to confirm or change anything. The managers often let me know of anything they think I should know or they want to check. She likes the girls going in and that they are the same ones; there is good continuity
of care. She also does exercises for her legs that the physio had given us with the carers every day, which is good considering the Covid situation and isolation in the home. I work full time and it is a huge load off me to know I can rely on them to be conscious, and consistent in their care.

Both Dad and myself were extremely happy with the care he received from the team at Castrian. From the first visit with the management team, we knew it was the right organisation for us as a family. Dad was very confident and comfortable even from that visit. The management team came into his home initially
with the carers to introduce and work through the tasks required by Dad which is such good practice, and everything went smoothly from there. They're a small team which was good for Dad as he had the same carers which builds up both a relationship and confidence. The team also spend time to chat as they are going about their duties which my Dad appreciated enormously. The communication is excellent, nothing too much trouble, they are happy to change in line with your needs. I cannot give enough praise, I would highly recommend this team to anyone thinking about home care.

JohnJasper have provided my mum's home care for the past 11 months and have been excellent throughout. The carers have all been friendly, reliable and helpful and the management team has been approachable, hands-on and first class in so many ways. My mum's safety and comfort have always been JohnJasper's
top priorities and they have truly gone the extra mile when needed, particularly during my mum's 2 recent admissions to hospital. As I live 200 miles away and haven't been able to visit my mum since last March due to Covid restrictions, it has been hugely reassuring to know that my mum has been in safe, caring and reliable hands. I cannot thank JohnJasper enough and I recommend them unreservedly.

Care provider was chosen as Mum needed more care and the current provider could not accommodate. This is the third case provider we have used. Definitely the best one. I am a nurse, however, not familiar with the current home care system. Positive points:- well-led, good communication, helpful, client-focused,
safe. Good record keeping. Continuity with staff, work hard. Feel like the staff are part of my family and really care about my mum.

All staff very polite. I am very happy with the care and support which I receive from Castrian. They are very helpful. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who wished for support. They always have the time to find out how your day went because at times these are the only people you see in the
course of a day which is a very comforting feeling. I always feel that they have time to listen to me and that in itself is a great feeling.

The Castrian team used to care for my mother-in-law in the family home. My parents-in-law were very cautious about this at first and were not really keen on the idea of having any carers in their home at all - at first. From the initial visits by the management team to the support offered, everything
was explained in a professional and caring manner. All tasks were carried out impeccably and with great care, dignity and consideration. Any concerns and suggestions from the team were always passed on to the family after consultation with my in-laws. The team were very proactive in their approach. My mother and father-in-law came to look forward to their visits and welcomed the team into their home. We as a family, would highly recommend Castrian to any other families who are looking for support for their relatives in the home. We will never forget the help and support we received. Thank you.

I can’t say enough about JohnJasper Care, they have been absolutely fantastic both prior to, and particularly during, the Coronavirus pandemic during which time I have been in lockdown in South West Wales unable to visit my 88-year-old mum who suffers from dementia. She lives independently and they
have gone above and beyond to support her to continue to live independently. They keep me updated particularly when I need to get involved. They are caring and keep a sense of humour, they are ensuring that she has food, takes her medication, washes and the house is clean. I really can’t recommend them more highly.
