My experience in care starts from the moment I left school and started working in a children’s nursery. I have since worked in a wide variety of healthcare and social care settings, such as emergency hospital care, with adults with learning disabilities and mental health conditions, performance management and operational command for the ambulance service. I hold Level 3 Health & Social Care & level 5 Management & Leadership in Health and Social Care qualifications.
