Clare has worked in Domiciliary Care for over twenty years. She has had multiple jobs within the Care sector, such as a Care Assistant, Senior Care Support Worker, Care Co-ordinator, Deputy Manager, Branch Manager, and Care Manager and has now progressed to a Registered Care Manager. She currently holds an NVQ level 5 in Health and Social Care, an NVQ level 7 in Business Management and Leadership, and a BA Honours Degree in Health and Social Policy. She is married and has three children as well as a four-year-old autistic grandson.

Debbie, as you would expect from someone who has dedicated their working life to Care is a caring and compassionate person. She has 3 children and 8 grandchildren and loves spending her spare time with her family or socialising with friends.
