It is GP led and offers bespoke care to customers and their families who choose to reside within their own homes. The ethos of Vitality Home Health is not only to provide exceptional tailored care to customers but support the customers' well being, by ensuring all customers have access to a complimentary Lifestyle GP.

Vitality Home Health is dedicated to helping individuals maintain an active and independent lifestyle by focusing on current abilities, interests and needs. Care visits can be arranged from 30 minutes per day to 24 Hour support.

Support can be given by dedicated professional Care Givers as well as nursing staff and the home's Private GP, who can provide all the care required to ensure your safety to remain in your own home.

Wendy has worked in the health care sector for over 32 years, the majority of which has been within a care home setting where she worked her way up to Deputy Manager in a Dementia and Complex needs specialised home Qualifications gained include NVQ Level 3 and Level 5 Management. Very passionate, dedicated and knowledgeable of the healthcare sector. Within my current role as Supervisor, will support customers and their families to ensure the best delivery of care is being given. Good problem-solving skills, as well as good communication. Wendy leads the team with an emphasis on excellent customer service with a drive to deliver the best quality care to enable our customers to remain at home safely.
