In 2011, In Home Care was founded by Claire Simmons and Paul Reynolds who’d recently cared for their own ageing relatives. They found the help they required confusing, inadequate and, often, inconsistent.

In Home Care aims to provide the highest quality in care services and to provide you with the care they'd expect themselves. Whether you need:

Private hourly care in your own home for a couple of hours a week

Overnight care, or

24-hour live-in care

You can be assured of a warm and reliable care service.

And they provide care and support for adults with physical and learning difficulties too. Staff are sensitive and fully supportive of their needs so they can focus on enjoying life.

Everybody deserves a high standard of care, and thanks to Claire and Paul, everybody can.

All In Home Care employees love working in the care industry, which is why they only employ those who they’d feel comfortable caring for their loved ones.

All carers are fully DBS (criminal record) checked before receiving accredited in-house training. Once assigned to you, In Home Care monitors the care they provide and maintain constant contact with their carers, you and your family to ensure the support you requested is being delivered.

In Home Care have been supporting my parents at home for over 2 years. The carers have always been very kind and considerate, turned up promptly and kept us informed of any concerns.
My parents are now both in residential care but wouldn't have been able to stay at home so long without their assistance.

In Home Care have provided regular daily care for my grandmother for a couple of years and have recently started providing care for my grandfather as well. None of the immediate family lives nearby and my grandparents' wellbeing is a big concern for the family. However, the excellent service provided
gives us peace of mind. My grandparents are able to remain in their own home as is their wish due to the support they provide and every one of the carers provides a first-class service. The team keeps me regularly informed of their status and clearly takes great care in the services they provide. Would highly recommend their services. Thank you for your continued support!

Both my parents are very happy with all the carers who attend to their needs. Very professional friendly and compassionate. Family members are always kept informed of any concerns. Overall the care provided is excellent and will always go above and beyond what is required.

I am a service user as a carer for my husband. I receive respite care for him for 3 hours a week. I am very grateful for this. My husband was carefully matched with a carer who is similar in age. The carer has always been reliable, cheerful, conscientious and enthusiastic about his role. My husband
does not like to be seen as a 'patient' or a person with needs and I have 'sold' him the idea that both he and his carer are helping each other. This seems to work and he is generally content to spend time with the carer. Thank you all!

Overall the carers who are sent to sit with my husband while I take a break have been excellent. His needs while I am away are relatively simple. Mainly interesting company and friendly conversation to stop him from becoming anxious about my absence, and to make a drink for him at an apt moment. So
far your carers have kept him happy.

We commenced contact with In Home Care in October 2023 following a downturn in my dad's health. From the off, the office team were so helpful. Visited my parents and I and thoroughly talked through our needs and explained costings and were totally upfront (unlike other companies we had spoken with and
met). Met our requirements for days and timings. Carers are wonderful - prompt, happy, polite, hard-working and most importantly so caring. Scheduling and invoicing is easy to understand. Messaging group for easy communication. Company were very understanding with unexpected change to schedule when my dad went into hospital following a collapse. Offered advice about the Attendance Allowance application too. My dad thinks they are wonderful and it has really eased the worry for me/siblings. Would highly recommend. The company really do care! As soon as I met the manager I knew this was the company for us.

In Home Care has been caring for my wife since February 2023. She has had circa nine carers since the beginning, none of which we have had any reason to complain about. All the carers go out of their way to help my wife, she, in her own way, appears to be lifted by their attendance.
The office keeps
me informed about any change to the routine (which is sent via email on the Friday or Saturday) it gives the name and time of the carers who will be coming which makes it easier for us to plan the day.
Any change to the plan which I request is addressed speedily, I cannot fault your system in any way.
If anyone asks if I can recommend this agency I would have no hesitation in saying 'Yes'.

Personable, caring and very capable carers, my father enjoys all their visits and his mood has improved considerably since they’ve been visiting. Care is provided from a consistently small pool of carers allowing my father to develop more meaningful relationships/friendships with them. Communication
with the office is excellent and timely, enabling me to inform my father in advance as to who will be visiting.
Having had a bad experience with a previous care agency, we are delighted to have found In Home Care and I would happily recommend them to others.

I received a very good service. Care is excellent. I am treated with dignity and respect from my carer. She also cooks us good meals. My carer knows how to emphasise and she is sensitive to our needs. She always respects our wishes and decisions. She allows us to decide what is good for us. I do not
want to go to another care provider.

I have only had excellent attention from all carers that I have seen.
All carers enquire if I need anything else completed or prepared before they leave.
Any dirty crockery that I've not washed is always washed and left ready for my next use.
Carers always enquire if I require any bedsores to be
treated.
A fresh glass of water is always left on my side table.

My mother was bedridden and needed care four times a day in the last four weeks since returning from hospital, she was on end-of-life care, the visits from the care team who worked in pairs brightened her day. They were professional and caring and my mother thought of them as friends. I am very grateful
for the way they treated my mother at the end of her life.
Would happily recommend the care team.

Over the years, Angelina has gained a wealth of knowledge within the care industry; working in various settings including Care Homes, Home Care Agencies, and Nursing environments. In 2019 whilst working with In-Home Care Chichester, Angelina was inspired and ready to start her own community-based care franchise; In-Home Care Fareham & Gosport was launched. Angelina is absolutely thrilled to be utilising her many years of expertise, dedication and commitment to providing a high-end, quality ‘caring’ service to all private and social care residents within the Fareham, Porchester, Gosport and Titchfield areas. Angelina is the Director of this company, and therefore fully involved in every aspect of running the business and providing you with personal care and attention at all times.


When Angelina manages to ‘take time out,’ she enjoys spending this with her family and close friends; she loves cooking, reading, walking and going to the gym. Angelina is incredibly passionate about her work and always motivated to do her absolute best for her clients and carers alike.
