In 2011, In Home Care was founded by Claire Simmons and Paul Reynolds who’d recently cared for their own ageing relatives. They found the help they required confusing, inadequate and, often, inconsistent.

In Home Care aims to provide the highest quality in care services and to provide you with the care they'd expect themselves. Whether you need:

Private hourly care in your own home for a couple of hours a week

Overnight care, or

24-hour live-in care

You can be assured of a warm and reliable care service.

And they provide care and support for adults with physical and learning difficulties too. Staff are sensitive and fully supportive of their needs so they can focus on enjoying life.

Everybody deserves a high standard of care, and thanks to Claire and Paul, everybody can.

All In Home Care employees love working in the care industry, which is why they only employ those who they’d feel comfortable caring for their loved ones.

All carers are fully DBS (criminal record) checked before receiving accredited in-house training. Once assigned to you, In Home Care monitors the care they provide and maintain constant contact with their carers, you and your family to ensure the support you requested is being delivered.

This service is professional, supportive and what I find extremely important the caters are caring.
Time with my brother is not only spent helping him with some of his daily tasks, but when complete, time is spent chatting and sometimes even going for a walk.
I am relieved to have people around
my brother who make sure he is healthy and is in a good state of mind and I know if the cater notices anything I should be informed of, I will be contacted.

We have experienced a high quality of service from In Home Care. Dad has a range of complicated issues which have been dealt with very welcome care and attention. Dad really enjoys his twice daily visits from the most accommodating staff. They make him feel really comfortable and if a health problem
arises the carer will contact the family promptly which enables us to be able to deal with the situation with doctors or hospital advice which gives us peace of mind.

The carers of my bed bound Father for the last 9 months are truly exceptional. His needs always come first and they are so very kind, gentle and caring to him but also efficient. The owner is always in contact to check that my Father is happy. She is very helpful and understanding if issues arise with
my Father, even late in the evening and weekends. In my Father’s words ‘the carers are wonderful’.

My dad, at 93, has been having morning carers for some time now, all of them are really lovely and treat him with respect - they are all excellent with him.
Our main lady, who he has at least five days a week, has built a real rapport with him and he is comfortable with her coming into the house.

All of the carers that have been attending Mum for her take-a-break sessions have been very professional and supportive of her needs, taking her out to look around the shops or just chatting about her pets.

In Home Care have worked with my husband and I for over 4 months. During that time their team of carers has expanded and they vary considerably in age and experience. They share a strong team ethos, however, all are both friendly and professional in their approach. My husband feels comfortable and confident
with the care he receives and it has been straightforward to combine my role as his primary carer with theirs. They are punctual and friendly and listen carefully to any concerns we may have.

The care staff made me feel very comfortable. Friendly although know when to be professional. Still need to work on areas such as going for a walk but whatever I do it is with the help of my carers.

Kind, Patient and Friendly. Even when I'm exhausted or upset, carers take the time to cheer me up and encourage me to get dressed for the day if I'm able to.
Regular carers remember my preferences and talk to me about my hobbies and try to let newer carers know how I like my tea etc.
It's nice that
care feels more personalized and like I'm actually cared about, unlike previous care services who weren't always as kind. The office staff as well as the personal carers try to make sure everything is in place how I need it to be and will check up now and then to ask what changes I may need.

From my initial contact with the Fareham office, I felt that my needs would be understood and met. The director visited my partner and me at home and immediately appreciated what my partner needed during my short break away. The director visited each day and catered to all my partner's needs and then
reported to me giving me complete peace of mind. The director's cheerful personality certainly lifted his mood and we will certainly welcome her help in the future. This was the first time we had accessed home care and feel fortunate to have found the director and her team.

In Home Care took over my godmother's care in July, they have been extremely helpful, have kept me up to date with her care and requirements and have gone above and beyond on many occasions, thank you all. My godmother appears happy and well within herself.

Over the years, Angelina has gained a wealth of knowledge within the care industry; working in various settings including Care Homes, Home Care Agencies, and Nursing environments. In 2019 whilst working with In-Home Care Chichester, Angelina was inspired and ready to start her own community-based care franchise; In-Home Care Fareham & Gosport was launched. Angelina is absolutely thrilled to be utilising her many years of expertise, dedication and commitment to providing a high-end, quality ‘caring’ service to all private and social care residents within the Fareham, Porchester, Gosport and Titchfield areas. Angelina is the Director of this company, and therefore fully involved in every aspect of running the business and providing you with personal care and attention at all times.


When Angelina manages to ‘take time out,’ she enjoys spending this with her family and close friends; she loves cooking, reading, walking and going to the gym. Angelina is incredibly passionate about her work and always motivated to do her absolute best for her clients and carers alike.
