They really take the time to understand you as a person/your needs. As a young wheelchair user with a busy work/social life, they've been so flexible and approachable. On the days when I'm working, I know I can rely on them to be on time and efficient. On my days off, they're incredibly accommodating (letting me change times etc based on my plans).
I genuinely can't fault them - in a world of messy carers/unreliable agencies etc it's so nice to have somewhere you can trust! Professional, friendly, and flexible - with a real core of kindness.
