The staff they send out are a pleasure to welcome into the home, and the help they give is invaluable. When they first began coming, things were in a dire state.

I have been delighted with the level of care my father has received. All the carers show a high degree of professionalism and treat him with care and kindness. Sirius regularly asks if there is anything they can do in addition to what is on his care plan, and it is reassuring to have that regular contact.
I would recommend them unreservedly.

The care and consideration shown to my mum are wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble, and they are most accommodating. My mum looks forward to her visits, and I can relax knowing she is in a safe pair of hands. Sometimes she just wants some company, and other times, they go out for a coffee.

Sirius started caring for my elderly grandad last year, and having used a care company previously that we thought was ok, as soon as we started with Sirius, we realised they were exceptional. All carers show an excellent level of care. The office is always helpful and respectful. Their levels of communication
are always very good.

Sirius is a very professional care company which has looked after my mother (94) for over three years. They never let her down and always provided appropriate help and companionship to enable her to maintain independent living in her own home. We are extremely grateful for the care provided.

It was such a relief to have Sirius Homecare help my mother. The initial consultation was thorough and handled with compassion and understanding. I cannot rate the entire service received from Sirius highly enough. The staff really do care and provide a fantastic, holistic, client-centred service. My mother, the service user, and our family could not be any more pleased. Accepting care was a new and difficult decision for my mum, and the staff,
particularly the most regular carers, have helped this transition along. All staff are very skilled, and their commitment shines through. Thank you so very, very much to the Sirius team involved in my mum's care.

Carers come every morning and evening, all are very good, happy and pleasant, very helpful to my husband and also help me with anything that needs doing. We enjoy seeing them all.

Sirius has been visiting my mum, who has Alzheimer's, for a number of months now and have been amazing. Their support is not just for Mum, it is also for my dad, who, without them, would not have been able to carry on caring for my mum at home. Despite some very challenging times, they still remain
caring and professional and continue to make suggestions on how to cope with the everchanging difficulties that Alzheimer's delivers as time progresses. They never give up, even when we are at our lowest point, and that applies to the staff and management.
I have also found them to be of great support personally. I don't know what we would have done without them. Before we went down this road, I always worried about placing the care of my mum into the hands of others, but I can honestly say that fear was well and truly alleviated very early on. I fully recommend Sirius to anyone who needs the support of a loved one.

My mum was diagnosed with terminal cancer in August 2021. She lived a 4-hour drive from me her only daughter. Her final wish was to die peacefully in her own home. To make this happen, I needed the help of carers to support when I couldn't be there. Mum was fiercely independent and a little sceptical
about having 'strangers' in the house. The carers at Sirius were brilliant. Super respectful of Mum, always taking her lead while also making sure she was happy, comfortable and safe. Mum could not praise them enough and really looked forward to their visits. I also appreciated their true compassion for Mum and for me. Especially in the last week where their tenderness and thoughtfulness made all the difference to us. On a practical note, all admin was managed by the office allowing me the opportunity to focus on Mum. The online scheduling and reports kept me up to date in real-time and gave me peace of mind. Thank you.

A recent accidental fall was dealt with in an exemplary fashion, and my family have been most impressed by the kindness and consideration of all the staff. I contacted Sirius Homecare because my parents needed additional help and support due to age and ill-health. From the initial assessment, I had confidence in Sirius Homecare to deliver a professional and quality service to care for my mother who suffers from dementia. The carers are very compassionate
and actively look for work and ways to support my mother and father who had problems of his own. The care has given both my parent's tremendous support and given myself peace of mind. I have recommended Sirius to others and am extremely happy with the service they provide.

Following a short spell in hospital, Sirius Homecare arranged a care plan for my parents at very short notice. The process was easy, with no pressure and was operational within two days. We found the care staff to be friendly, caring, sensitive and professional at all times. The care given included
personal care such as washing, showering, going to the loo, help with mobility issues and home assistance with meal preparation, washing up and light housework. I can highly recommend Sirius Homecare and would certainly be happy to use their services again should the need arise.

Do not change a thing. I know companies feel the need to change, but don't try to fix that which is not broken. My mother is much happier with daily visits, and I'm happier knowing people with more experience than I have been helping keep my mother safe.
