All carers are very helpful and kind. In the words of my mother, who assist her to remain in her own home; "they are all lovely people". They are punctual and thorough. The reports are very informative for viewing remotely and can be used to gauge the daily issues and needs of your relative.

Sirius Homecare my personal opinion is they have a very efficiently run service. I find their carers competent, friendly and their patience in the handling of my husband who suffers from dementia, have been excellent. No hesitation in recommending.

I have been looking after my husband's daytime care, which has become more and more demanding. A friend recommended Sirius Homecare, and I don’t know how I managed without them. From management to our amazing nurse have been so supportive. Her care is outstanding and has become a friend.

Professional, punctual, caring, supportive individual care delivered in a heartbeat once contacted. The carers went the extra mile to make life more comfortable for bed-bound Dad and did it with a smile. They were chosen to match my dad's individual needs by the management, which made Dad more comfortable
receiving very personal care. I was struggling to cope until I contacted Sirius, and by the next day, a weight was lifted from my shoulders, I was made to feel less of a carer and more of a daughter, able to share memories together in his last days. I can not recommend their services highly enough or praise the two ladies caring for my dad adequately. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

We invited Sirius to put in a care plan just before Christmas 2020. The management team arrived promptly, and we agreed on daily care each morning for my elderly mother. My mother looks forward to her daily visit from her carer, and as a family, we think her mental and physical health has improved.
Everything has been very professional and easy to set up.

I contacted Sirius in August 2020 as I was going to be away and an elderly friend I had been helping needed care and support.
I found Sirius after researching on the internet and chose them as they were reasonably local. My first telephone call outlined how they worked and then he came to visit my
friend in her home to discuss arrangements with us. He was very friendly, reassuring and informative. Everything was put in place very quickly and efficiently to suit everyone. Generally, it is the same carer all the time, and if that one wasn’t available for any reason, the client would be advised in advance.
Everything has worked like clockwork, and my friend has been amazed by the service she has received. She has three visits per week, and one slightly longer, so the carer can take her shopping or to appointments etc. They help with any task or just chat, like a friend and even called on Christmas Day,
Sirius has an excellent caring ethic and goes above and beyond expectations! Thank you!

From the first enquiry and meetings, the fabulous lady (our dad’s carer) and being able to access her notes online - everything has been just brilliant.
As I am overseas, and my siblings in the south of England, our dad having a constant visitor has been so reassuring, especially whilst also having
to navigate the Covid pandemic. She even took Dad for his first vaccine.

Superb, caring service provided by all the team, and we mean all the team. The management is always in communication with us to explain any delays due to things like traffic problems in a carer getting there, changes and to offer any advice. The care team are wonderful, we did have concerns that my
parents would find it difficult having someone new in their house but they have loved all the team that have been calling on them. The whole team have gone the extra 'mile' to provide care, both physical and friendship whilst we were in isolation and couldn't visit. The visits are looked forward too and the team doesn't just do the expected time, they make sure all is safe and well before leaving even if it means an extra few minutes. The daily updates give us reassurance that all is well and we are delighted we chose the right team for my parents. Thank you.

My brother and I found that my dad was beginning to require more support for wellbeing and in terms of memory and medication. It was easy to talk to Sirius about a range of needs and they were both flexible and supportive in outlining what options could be implemented and provided. We have an open channel
of communication and get regular feedback from visits which is always helpful. In the short term, the visits and chats have been the most important thing for him, providing a routine and focus rather than a more significant medical care requirement. My dad looks forward to the visits and if it’s needed we can always get either additional ad-hoc support, increase what’s required, or simply ask for more detailed updates.

We are new to having carers for my husband but have been very pleased with the helpfulness and professionalism of both care staff and management. Our daily carers have helped my husband maintain independence whilst managing his personal care, and are gradually starting to assist him more as his needs
and ability change. Based on our experience so far, I would be happy to recommend Sirius Homecare and will certainly use them more in the future if my husband deteriorates or I'm unable to manage his care.

The team at Sirius have been an absolute godsend! Dad has a regular home help, who he loves, but was in need of a bit more care across the evenings and weekends. I had tried another care company who were not really local and let me down once COVID struck. With both my brother and I overseas for much
of the year, it's vital we have reliable, professional, caring visitors to Dad's home. The managing director and the team have been wonderful at getting to know Dad and his quirks as well as liaising with his regular carer to provide a seamless service for him with regular feedback to me. He had a recent spell in hospital, and I would not have been able to get him discharged so readily had it not been for the Sirius team pulling out all the stops to ensure Dad had sufficient in-home care that met his emotional, personal and clinical needs. He's full of it when I call him now, which is a weight off my mind because he did used to feel a bit lonely at times. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sirius, thanks, guys!

I have been using this agency to enable me to stay in my own home and I'm very pleased with the quality of care and support I receive. Mum seems to have accepted the carers easily, she loves chatting and dancing. The carers are polite, friendly and chatty, always on time. Mum and the carers are well suited.

I’ve been using Sirius for about 3 months. They stepped in quickly after I was let down by my previous agency. They came straight away to do a risk assessment and could fulfil all my time requirements and complicated health care needs. The carers are amazing, they were very quick to get used to my needs
and always efficient, punctual and very caring. The manager/office team are very organised and efficient. I’ve used 4 agencies in the past and Sirius are by far the best. I have no criticisms, only high praise.

My parents were forgetting to take their medication all the time and that's why we initially contacted Sirius. They couldn't have been more helpful and it went so smoothly despite my mum and dads initial resistance to the idea. They now get a cooked lunch every day as part of the medication call, and
the care manager even devised their own personal menu of things they like which the carers then cooks from. We have the same carers every week, and it gives me such peace of mind to know mum and dad have had their medicine, that my dad has not fallen in the garden which he still insists on doing himself every morning and that they have at least one hot meal every day. They look forward to it now instead of resisting it. Very pleased.

Sirius provides support to my Mum who is 94 years old on a daily basis to help with medication. I have found the agency professional, responsive and able to tailor the service to the needs of the client. They communicate well with family members and are open to regular review and feedback. My Mum has
with reluctance accepted support and has been helped to do this by careful introduction and consistent carers who have spent time getting to know her. They have been able to gain her confidence and she now appreciates the social benefit of the visits in addition to giving self-reassurance that she is taking her medication correctly.

I've used lots of agencies to support me over the years, but I have soon parted company with them due to their lack of interest in my needs. This is only the second time I have found a care agency that is proactive and seeks out ways to support me, and they are more than worth the extra few pounds.
They are the only one I have had that suggest tasks that need doing. They treat me respectfully and in a friendly way. The carers are really prompt, are really professional and the uniforms are so smart. The domestic call I also have is really thorough and the cleaner actually moves things, rather than just cleans around them (unlike many I have had). Its really well organised, and innovative - they even help with me when I need a zoom call my solicitors and help with my computer. The only agency that has put toothpaste on my toothbrush!

I look forward to seeing my carers each day. They are really helpful and support me. They know when I am struggling and assist me but don't take over. We have fun, they make me feel good and don't patronise me which is important to me. Nothing is too much trouble, they are really friendly and they don't
rush me.
They always stay for the full time and often go over if needed. They always check I have my lifeline on, plenty of drinks and my phone near me before they leave. Brilliant carers, brilliant company.
