I would like to say we were provided with a live-in carer for my mum who was on palliative care, as she had bowel cancer; Glorycrown sent a lady to help with our mum. The 1st lady was ok, but not right for Mum. But after drawing it to the attention of the manager, it was soon sorted without delay. We
had a lovely lady to help, and she was brilliant; we trusted her totally, and she was there for Mum and us 100%. She was there when our mum passed away at home, and then helped us out making tea etc until she left the next day. Thank you for helping our mum stay in her home until the end of her life.
We would recommend Glorycrown, and if you do have an issue, rest assured to talk to them, and it will be resolved.

At first, we had a hiccup with this company, but it took one call, and the problem was solved in hours of telling them.
The care my mum had I could not fault the live-in carer, became one of the family. Sadly we didn’t have the care for Mum long as she passed away. Family members had been sleeping
at Mum's, but with this company, we felt safe enough to go home and sleep. The carer never rushed away after Mum passed, she stayed till the next morning, making sure that my daughter and I were fed.

Thank you is not enough to say, I really can’t recommend this company enough. We had a live-in carer for my nan in her last few days, and they felt like family. It made me and my family feel so safe to leave my nan overnight so we could go home sleep, rest and be able to be her family instead of caring
for her instead. They went above and beyond, I can’t thank them all enough.

My father-in-law was cared for by the small team from Glorycrown three times a day for the last 10 days of his life after being discharged from hospital. We cannot fault the team for the care they provided during these 10 days. The owner/manager was quick to recognise that my father-in-law needed two
carers rather than the one specified by the hospital and this was accommodated at every visit. They were always punctual, turning up when they said they were going to arrive and the times of their visits were mutually arranged. Except for three visits, it was always the same two carers (the owner and a family member) so continuity of care was maintained. They were kind, caring, compassionate and understanding of my father-in-law's situation and needs. They showed patience when his was wearing thin. They were always cheerful and had a ready smile. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone in a similar situation to us.

Management and staff are friendly and approachable, they go out of their way to help. They treated my mum with respect and dignity. Her choice and preference was respected. It feels good to see her happy at the care of Glorycrown.

Just want to say thank you for the care and support my father received from Glorycrown. Although it was for a brief moment as it was end of life, the carer treated him with respect and dignity. Exceptional care. Very professional.
