Blue Angel Care is a boutique care provider. Their overarching aim is to provide bespoke home care services that assist clients to live independently in their own home in Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey, and surrounding areas.

Their services are designed to cater to clients’ individual needs and can vary from short daily visits to a full-time Live-In Care. Visits can range from 30 minutes any time, day or night, to night sitting or Live-In care services, depending on the individual’s needs.

I've been a client for 16 months. I intend to stay a client for the foreseeable future. The carers brighten my day. Being an ex-carer myself I know the rules and regulations etc when doing the care. I cannot recommend Blue Angel Care enough. Thorough but kind, thoughtful. They treat me with dignity.
Always taking an interest in my daily activities. What I have planned for the day. Noticing if there is a change, physically or mentally. Reporting immediately to the office to see what can be done to help.

Friendly and solution focused service provided at all times whilst also managing to retain a family feel. The service provided results in the client (my aunt) being treated as the individual she is, rather than just a name on a list to be ticked off.
They take the time to get to know the individual
and where appropriate provide support and encouragement to the client who may for whatever reason have had a loss of confidence.

The team at Blue Angel Care have been supportive and understanding of my mother's needs, it took a couple of weeks to build a routine and for my mum to adjust to the visits, but she now welcomes them into her home and is grateful for their care.

There are no words for how wonderful, kind, patient and genuine each and every carer is that has visited my mum. They assist her with her morning routine, but also help her gain more independence and confidence and protect her dignity at the same time as always offering her a choice in her care. She
always smiles when asked about her carers and talks of them fondly. Every carer goes above and beyond their duties with my mum and I honestly can’t thank them enough. They really are angels.

Words cannot describe how delighted and relieved I am with the care I am receiving. My carers are always polite and sensitive to my needs, at the same time encouraging me to try to do a little bit more. They really listen to me and they make me laugh!

Cannot recommend Blue Angel Care in Farnham, more highly. They've cared really well for my mum, who has dementia. They have really lovely and supportive staff. Blue Angel previously looked after a member of my family, so when a neighbour required care at home a year ago I had no hesitation in getting in touch again.
Blue Angel carers give me peace of mind to go to work and get on with my business whilst I know my neighbour has two visits a day, where they
check on her well-being and assist her as required. I can then go and see her when convenient for me and takes the pressure off caring for someone immensely.
If I do need to know of any changes or they are concerned about her they let me know so I can pop around sooner. This communication is invaluable and reassuring to me and helps my neighbour to get the best care possible. It helps her to live independently in her own home which wouldn't be possible without Blue Angel carers. It means she can have the care she needs, when and where she needs it.

All the carers are very polite and professional about the jobs they have to do. Very caring towards my mum. Always ask if they need to do anything else to help. If you have to contact the office always a prompt reply. Can't thank you enough.

Overall, the care and support I get are good with a few exceptions. Communication in the event of carers running late or any changes to calls needs improvement. All carers coming for the first time to shadow regular ones to avoid unnecessary confusion. To consistently get regular competent carers wherever
possible.

My carer is extremely kind, caring, supportive and attends to all my personal needs. All measures are taken to respect my dignity with my personal care. Having the same carers regularly really helps my mental health. My only concern has been an office staff member changed my times and carer at the last
minute and not being very understanding and the distress this causes me by being quite abrupt.

I have recently become a client of Blue Angel and I couldn't be happier. Every carer I have met has been friendly, caring and efficient. Having had a bad experience with my previous care agency I was very anxious about meeting new carers but I needn't have worried. Everyone has made me feel like nothing
is too much trouble and they have made me feel the happiest I have felt for years. The kindest girls ever. Thank you Blue Angel.

The manager and the other ladies are incredibly helpful and supportive. The manager travelled to Andover to meet my Nan which was very humbling for us as it was nice to put a face to the name and it helped put my Nan at ease ahead of the impending move. She was thorough and understanding and answered
our many questions. She also gave me helpful tips and advice for areas that could not be supported such as administering Nan’s medication. When Nan moved, she visited again to do the assessment in her new home and Nan wasn’t in the best of moods as she ‘didn’t know she was coming’ and was quite rude! But she took it all in her stride and managed to win my Nan round! She also did my Nan’s first visit which was a shower and she was very patient and understanding with her. Any queries and changes to the care plan are handled quickly by the manager or her deputy (even out of hours!). The manager and her staff are professional and clearly passionate about their work.

I started working for Blue Angel Care in September 2018 as a Care Manager and opened up the Basingstoke location. I am now the Registered Manager of our Basingstoke location.


I chose this job because I love helping people and making a difference. I am a real people person so knowing that I have made a difference to someone along the way makes me truly happy. I love organization and that helps me endlessly in my role. When managing and mentoring staff, I love watching people grow and overcoming challenges.


I am a mum of 2, family time is precious so making memories with my family is a must. My son is football mad so whether this is standing on the sideline, taking the children out for days out, or walking the dogs - it's all precious to me.

Hi! My name is Emily and I am a Care Coordinator at Blue Angel Care Farnborough, Farnham & Fleet.


My journey in care started at home, looking after my grandparents and ensuring they received the support that was vital to keeping them safe and at home. In 2018 I worked as an HCA in the hospital, and I soon found out that this wasn't the place for me. I truly believe that most people want to be looked after in the comfort of their own homes and this led me to my journey at Blue Angel Care.


Being able to deliver a high standard of care to people in their homes is one feeling I can't describe. Shortly after starting as a caregiver, I was promoted to care specialist. I take pride and importance in my job role and am dedicated to ensuring our customers and staff are happy and well looked after. I do everything possible to really understand the needs of both clients and staff and ensure these needs are met. I take great joy in being a part of such a well-led team.

I came into the care industry after my Dad passed away, as I admired his carers and knew I could make a difference in someone's life. After being with a few care companies I came to Blue Angel Care and instantly felt a part of the family and knew I would be happy.


From my first day to now I have been supported by all the team. Nothing is too much, the clients are amazing and hearing their life stories is so admiring and very interesting.


I started as a senior caregiver and after a year I became the Training and Development officer which I am really enjoying it's so nice seeing the new carers grow into their roles and I feel proud I have been a part of this.


I am a mum of 4 and a nanny of 4 which I am very proud of. I enjoy watching all motorsports. I also love watching my boys playing football at the weekend, my family life is very important to me and Blue Angel Care has ensured I can work around my family life.

Hello, my name is Elena and I work as a Care Specialist for Farnborough, Farnham and Fleet.


I began working for Blue Angel Care as a caregiver in October 2023. I unfortunately had to resign due to personal reasons in December, however was warmly welcomed back in April 2024 to return as a Care Specialist.


I have always had a passion to care and to look after others.


In 2019, my partner was sadly diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. This had a dramatic impact on my life as I willingly became his full-time carer to ensure he had 24-hour care and support. From this, I gained first-hand experience and was taught how to manage and maintain medication and
medical equipment. This enhanced my drive even more to have a healthcare career, as I had witnessed just how much working in this sector can benefit individuals as well as families. I have always hoped to find a job that I enjoy attending and with Blue Angel Care I have most definitely
found that. All our clients never fail to put a smile on my face and the connections I have built with our clients are so heartwarming and rewarding. I look forward to what is next in my journey at Blue Angel Care.
