I chose this job because I love helping people and making a difference. I am a real people person so knowing that I have made a difference to someone along the way makes me truly happy. I love organization and that helps me endlessly in my role. When managing and mentoring staff, I love watching people grow and overcoming challenges.
I am a mum of 2, family time is precious so making memories with my family is a must. My son is football mad so whether this is standing on the sideline, taking the children out for days out, or walking the dogs - it's all precious to me.

Hi! My name is Emily and I am a Care Coordinator at Blue Angel Care Farnborough, Farnham & Fleet.
My journey in care started at home, looking after my grandparents and ensuring they received the support that was vital to keeping them safe and at home. In 2018 I worked as an HCA in the hospital, and I soon found out that this wasn't the place for me. I truly believe that most people want to be looked after in the comfort of their own homes and this led me to my journey at Blue Angel Care.
Being able to deliver a high standard of care to people in their homes is one feeling I can't describe. Shortly after starting as a caregiver, I was promoted to care specialist. I take pride and importance in my job role and am dedicated to ensuring our customers and staff are happy and well looked after. I do everything possible to really understand the needs of both clients and staff and ensure these needs are met. I take great joy in being a part of such a well-led team.

I came into the care industry after my Dad passed away, as I admired his carers and knew I could make a difference in someone's life. After being with a few care companies I came to Blue Angel Care and instantly felt a part of the family and knew I would be happy.

I started as a senior caregiver and after a year I became the Training and Development officer which I am really enjoying it's so nice seeing the new carers grow into their roles and I feel proud I have been a part of this.
I am a mum of 4 and a nanny of 4 which I am very proud of. I enjoy watching all motorsports. I also love watching my boys playing football at the weekend, my family life is very important to me and Blue Angel Care has ensured I can work around my family life.

Hello, my name is Elena and I work as a Care Specialist for Farnborough, Farnham and Fleet.
I began working for Blue Angel Care as a caregiver in October 2023. I unfortunately had to resign due to personal reasons in December, however was warmly welcomed back in April 2024 to return as a Care Specialist.
I have always had a passion to care and to look after others.
In 2019, my partner was sadly diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. This had a dramatic impact on my life as I willingly became his full-time carer to ensure he had 24-hour care and support. From this, I gained first-hand experience and was taught how to manage and maintain medication and
medical equipment. This enhanced my drive even more to have a healthcare career, as I had witnessed just how much working in this sector can benefit individuals as well as families. I have always hoped to find a job that I enjoy attending and with Blue Angel Care I have most definitely
found that. All our clients never fail to put a smile on my face and the connections I have built with our clients are so heartwarming and rewarding. I look forward to what is next in my journey at Blue Angel Care.
