The carers from Bluebird Care are very professional in checking and recording information about mum so as a family we know exactly what happens at each and every visit. The app is great and easy to use. The office staff are responsive and thorough around care plans and changing information. What is
really important is that mum likes each and every carer who visits and she enjoys their company. They prompt her to carry out tasks to allow her to remain in her own home. They've recently started to cook an evening meal for mum which is a huge help.

Couldn't be happier with the team at Bluebird Chesterfield over this stressful time. December calls were all on time and my friend was made to feel special on a day when many elderly people have no one. The weight has been lifted from my shoulders with the support that Bluebird has given us. They go
above and beyond and care for their clients and treat them with respect. Special thanks to one member of staff for the exceptional care on Christmas day.

Having not been with Bluebird for very long. They are brilliant. To have the carers here to give me the support I need is very helpful. They are kind and very thoughtful. They take their time in listening to what I have to say and just are fantastic. Bluebird care seems to have a good working plan.
I'm blessed with 2 beautiful ladies in the morning. Friendly, kind and very caring.

Right from first contact with Bluebird, they have been friendly and helpful. The carers have been very efficient, very careful and very friendly with my Dad. They are punctual and take time to listen to my Dad - which is very important. They are very good at communicating with me and keeping me up to
date with his care. I feel very confidant knowing they are caring for him every day. I would not hesitate to recommend them very highly indeed.

He began his career journey with Bluebird Care in 2013 as a Care Assistant.
