My passion for supporting older adults grew whilst caring for my beloved Nan, who had Dementia. I spent my evenings with her, helping my mum, who was her primary carer, and those moments inspired my commitment to providing dignified, compassionate care. I am a Level 5 qualified professional in Leadership and Management in Adult Care, Level 3 in Safeguarding, and FREDA champion, and I am also a certified trainer in medication administration and first aid for Sienna Home Care. I am proud to combine my expertise and empathy to ensure the highest standards of care and feel I bring a wealth of experience and heartfelt passion to my role as a Registered Manager.
