Thank you for your review, our complaints policy exists in order to deal with issues such as what you have raised. We will investigate your comments relating to continuity of your support staff and our Deputy Manager will be in touch to discuss further. We have also listened to how you are feeling and we will make changes. Your main support member of staff is our Care Ambassador, to which her main role within Alcedo Care is to ensure new starters are competent and compliant in all areas of the care standards before they become Lone Workers. We pride our service in providing the best training and support to our staff. I am sure by working together we can continue to provide you with quality care with the right continuity.
