Caring Birds are a lovely company. They go above and beyond when caring for my family member.
The staff are friendly and attentive towards my relative always making them feel at ease.
I would recommend them if you have a family member in need of care. Couldn't be better.

I visited my friend and I asked if she was OK as she's not well. She said she couldn't be happier as she's got a lady who comes and helps her with her personal care. She said, "She's very polite and extremely caring in her job and towards me". "Helps me enormously." she said.
I must say it is noticeable
my friend looked extremely well, clean, and happier in herself. She said nothing is too much trouble for her. A lovely lady.

My aunt has been a client with Caring Birds and though I haven't had much interaction with the staff, the few times I have been at where carers are present, I couldn't ask for anything better. They are always so polite and jovial, they talk to my aunt like she's a friend, making her feel completely
at ease in her own home. My mam says that she's had a great experience with the management team, they're always quick to get things sorted, and they adapt to her needs when there are changes.
I'd highly recommend this company.

My dad recently required care and Caring Bird has provided outstanding care throughout. Sadly my dad has since passed but during his time at Caring Birds, he always said he felt respected and supported every visit and it showed in everything the carers did for him. The carers who supported my dad were
compassionate and provided me and my family with the support we needed in such a difficult time and they always went above and beyond for my dad.

Just wanted to write to acknowledge the great level of care my mother has received from the team, they really do go above and beyond to look after her and the care goes far beyond the normal level you would expect. Most importantly they take time and make Mum feel like she is valued. Cannot recommend
highly enough.

I had Caring Bird in place to care for my mum before she passed away and I couldn’t have asked for a better company. Nothing was too much trouble, the carers were brilliant, management couldn’t do enough to support and the company as a whole were there right up to the very end. If needed, I would certainly
have them care for a family member again, or recommend them to anybody who’s looking.

The carers went above and beyond. I have used this company for respite care a few times. I was always kept informed of any changes in care. My mum was always treated with utmost respect I will forever hold the staff and company in the highest regard. I will not hesitate to recommend the service to anyone.

The carers are efficient and gentle. I have had no problem with anyone and would be happy to have any of them again. Sometimes carers are not given enough time to get between clients.

This company are very good - very compassionate and caring for my dad. The management team is always on hand and can contact owners at any time. The caregivers are all very nice and friendly. You hear lots of horror stories in the care sector, so I did my research beforehand, and I am really glad I

From the initial contact with Caring Bird, the level of communication with management has been prompt and flexible in meeting my mother's requirements. The carers visiting my mother have all provided an excellent level of care, with dignity and professionalism at all times. The follow up notes provided

All the staff who care for my sister are so polite, friendly and helpful towards her. They cater to her needs all the time. The management are wonderful and always there for me, especially at short notice when things need to change. They are always ready to help or change appointments in an emergency.

It's a good experience. The carers don't just come in and do their job, we chat and have a laugh. I have a sit once a week that I really enjoy. The staff always do what I like doing.

The actual carers are very good. Management is very poor. Sending carers up when not arranged. What to an 80 yr old plus causes anxiety and thinking they are losing it. In fact, my father sent an email which days to come which the management ignored. The management was then rude instead of saying sorry
to an 80 plus year old. Caring should not be in your title.

As a company we have a duty of care to all parties involved - carers, clients and management. We do not condone any type of abuse especially verbal aggression and written threats towards anyone in our employment. We feel we have dealt appropriately with this situation, hence we withdrew our contract with yourselves as our team (carers) found it very difficult to deal with family behaviour (client not included). Since changing care providers last year Mum has been so much happier, she has a small regular team of amazing carers, Mum is very fond of them all and enjoys chatting with them. They all provide exceptional care and often go the extra mile. This has made my life so much easier by not having to worry
about who and when will they arrive. The service provided by the office is of a high standard. I have access to rotas and notes through their electronic systems, emails are immediately responded to. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you.

I am extremely happy with the care and service given by Caring Bird to my sister. We have been using them for the last eight months and they have been very friendly, caring and professional. Nothing is too much effort for them. They spend time talking to my sister and making her feel safe and comfortable.

Caring Bird has been caring for my father for the last few months. They have been amazing in every way as he struggles with dementia and is unable to do certain things but the extraordinary care and support offered by the carers allow him to have a fulfilled life. They ensure the routines are organised
and ensure there is happiness in all of this. I could not be happier with the care service provided by the team. They have helped my family out at short notice and when we are most in need of help and support. We find the staff extremely attentive to the needs of our father and are very lovely and kind.
