Thank you for your review which represents your own opinion about our services. We are sorry that this has come to this as we came highly recommended by another client and had hoped for a better relationship. As a company we have a duty of care to all parties involved - carers, clients and management. We do not condone any type of abuse especially verbal aggression and written threats towards anyone in our employment. We feel we have dealt appropriately with this situation, hence we withdrew our contract with yourselves as our team (carers) found it very difficult to deal with family behaviour (client not included). We wish you well in finding a suitable care provider who can meet family expectations. All the best.
