Amazing help at very short notice. My mum took to the 24 hour care when my dad was taken into hospital. I loved the carers - it was a hard situation with my dad being my mums primary carer. The response rate was absolutely phenomenal. The carers first rate.

The carers are always punctual and if running late (very rare) will keep us updated. They always greet my father in-law with a cheerful smile and greeting using his name. They help him and always ensure he is happy and all ok. We are very happy with the care and attention they give his needs. Like little

Since the carers have returned to care for my mum the improvement in her has been amazing. She is pretty much immobile and the carers do so much to make sure she isn't just left in bed every day. Mum's mental health has improved enormously since they came back. The fact that they do simple things well,
such as chatting with her really improves her mood.

Our mum's overall care is exceptional. They are person-centred, approachable, professional, patient, competent, happy, local and flexible. They really care about her and tailor to her needs. They go the extra mile, above and beyond. They treat her like family. They can be reached easily via phone, email

Elsah Healthcare supported our mother at her retirement home for many months as her dementia progressed. We were seeking a home care provider able to balance home care, companionship and nursing supervision. The service needed to be flexible as we knew Mum's condition would be progressive and changeable.
Elsah were brilliant. They built a strong bond with Mum, maximising her independence as much as possible and ensuring she maintained a sense of control at a very distressing time for her. They coped with her dementia in a practical and matter-of-fact way which is just what was needed. Without the Elsah team, Mum would have moved into residential care much earlier, and experience she was dreading. They worked with us closely as a family as Mum's condition progressed and supported us at the time it was right for Mum to move to a more supervised environment.
We'd highly recommend them.

The care manager and the Elsah team were very supportive of my dad's situation right from the start. The carers from Elsah were professional and the management team was more than flexible to accommodate my father's ever-changing schedule due to his condition and hospital stays, sometimes very last minute
too. I would highly recommend Elsah Healthcare for any homecare needs without a doubt.

We moved my mother to a different area to be closer to us and saw the reviews for Elsah Healthcare. The company is very well organised and provide everything my mum needs. She has become very close with her carer who she respects highly and the carer and company go the extra mile even when I have messaged
late for change of time/ day or to be with her for doctors and hospital appointments.
My family and myself are so grateful to the Elsah Healthcare team as it’s taken a big weight of worry from our shoulders and Mum is settled and content and loves a good catch-up with her carer.

The company are well organised and the carers are very experienced. What is very special about this company, they will go the extra mile for sure. They are alert to risks; will know when to alert the medics and family and are in contact with me.
The company are very trustworthy and the staff work very

The staff are very respectful and kind to my friend, who was diagnosed in 2021. My friend feels reassured and secure with the carers.

My sister-in-law has cancer, and after a few months of treatment, it became apparent she would need support. I live 170 miles away with her brother, making it difficult to be able to help with some of her daily needs. She chose Elsah Healthcare Ltd to assist on a daily basis with making lunch and tidying
the kitchen, reminding her to take her medication. I am a retired care assistant and know that it can be very challenging at times. All the care workers involved have been very kind and understanding and regularly go above and beyond. Over the last few months, my sister-in-law has become very confused, and the carers stay longer than scheduled to make sure all her needs have been catered for. With living a distance away, it's very reassuring to know that she has people caring for her that you can trust.

The person caring for my husband shows such professional service and kindness and is extremely kind and thoughtful too. Due to the care, my husband now can use the toilet by himself and his health improved due to the care. Thank you.

Elsah Care are truly amazing!
They have looked after my 91-year-old mum so well since she became very frail in June last year and stepped up to all the challenges she's undergone mentally and physically with dementia and becoming bedbound. They have totally dedicated themselves to looking after her
health, hygiene and catering to her specific food likes and dislikes and given her a great quality of life in this last phase of her life making her feel loved and happy with every visit they make. They work with and communicate with all the family so well and work incredibly hard with tons of experience under their belt and wisdom on elderly care. They are an amazingly compassionate, professional, caring team and my mum and family are very grateful to have them in our lives.

My sister who lives alone became ill with cancer in Autumn 2021. As her treatment continued she started to develop confusion and started to forget simple household procedures. Elsah Healthcare came in during Summer 2022 and have provided a wonderful comprehensive, caring service to look after her, including
accompanying her at medical appointments, shopping, cleaning and most importantly reminding her to take medicines, food and fluids. They have always been prepared to go the extra mile in order to maintain her care when situations changed or my sister was unable to make decisions and very adept at making sensible decisions at short notice. I live over 150 miles away, but have been able to stay in the loop because Elsah carers report each day via an app; and via a WhatsApp group. A wholly excellent service, thank you.

In my experience, the staff of Elsah Healthcare are kind, caring and very professional. They regularly "go the extra mile", putting in so much time and effort to make sure that my relative is safe and happy. In rapidly changing circumstances they have been able to adjust and adapt, finding solutions
to some quite puzzling and difficult conundrums! I am truly grateful for their dedication; and my relative says the people who care for her are lovely. I agree.

Elsah Healthcare started looking after my dad in May 2022, and we have been very happy with the care. My dad initially was unhappy about what he felt was an intrusion, but as he’s got to know the carers, he now enjoys the company and appreciates the help.
Communication is excellent between the carers
and management team, and I feel we are all working together to give Dad the best care possible.

My husband was discharged from hospital late in the afternoon and the carers came very soon after to introduce themselves and ascertain exactly what was needed. They came 4 times a day and over the period of three weeks before my husband passed away different carers came. They were all very efficient,
friendly, and kind and my husband felt safe and well looked after by them. The ladies all took a personal interest in my husband and listened to his stories which made him feel that he was much more than just another client. They also asked if they could do anything for me which was kind. I found the way the company was run really put the clients first and there was never any question that somebody would turn up and deliver the care my husband needed. I would like to thank the team at Elsah very much indeed for all they did for us. One or two individuals were outstanding but I can’t name names
I would not hesitate to recommend the care offered by Elsah.

I am from Madrid (Spain) my background is in Education; SEN (Special Education Needs)/ Learning Mentor.
I have always had a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of individuals.


My Elsah Journey started as a Health Care Assistant in 2019. As a care Worker I provided hands-on care, attending to the physical/emotional and social needs of those I served. It was a rewarding and eye-opening experience that allowed me to develop a deep understanding of the challenges and joys associated with caregiving.


Soon after I started my job in the care sector, COVID-19 started. We played a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals during a time of increased vulnerability and uncertainty. During this time I took on the role of team leader.


When Elsah started the Domiciliary branch. Driven by my dedication and desire to expand my role in the field, I sought out the opportunity to grow. I was offered to be the Supervisor, then the senior Supervisor.


Through my diligence and commitment to learning, I acquired a diverse skill set that extended beyond direct care. I honed my communication, problem-solving, and organisation skills, recognising that these were essential qualities for effective leadership. By this time I was a Senior.


I was presented with the opportunity to transition into a care manager position in May 2022.


I embraced this new challenge with enthusiasm and determination.


I now oversee Elsah's team, providing guidance, support and supervision to ensure the delivery of exceptional care to our clients is met.
