My mum has had excellent care from all the carers at Guardian, and all the staff are very professional and caring. I feel very lucky to have their support and value their kindness and efficiency. Thank you so much.

Lovely staff. Really keep an eye on Mum and report anything back to me that I need to be aware of. Mum likes them too, which helps enormously. The office is very responsive as well, and most helpful, even if I need to leave a message.

All the carers who look after my mum every Thursday are kind, compassionate and helpful to my mum who has dementia.
They are always punctual, and communication is excellent if ever there is a problem with sickness cover, etc.
I like the fact that overall, the same carer cones each time, which has
really helped Mum as she now looks forward to a Thursday and tells me all about the named carer, who she is very fond of.
Also, she goes above and beyond to help alleviate stress currently as my stepdad at the home is terminally ill and can’t do chores etc, so nothing is ever too much trouble.

Extremely happy with the care provided for Mum by Guardian Angel staff. The carers themselves are all superb, always cheerful, helpful and will do whatever is needed for Mum.
On the occasions that I have had to call the office, my queries have always been dealt with quickly and professionally.

I have used many agencies previously to care for my mum, but this company are by far, the most professional, caring and reliable company I have used. We have been with Guardian Angels for nearly a year, and in over 12 years of arranging care for my mum, this company really understands their customer's
needs.
The carers really care and go out of their way to befriend my mum and spend time with her, which is wonderful when she has dementia. Just spending time talking to her when she is down or sitting and doing her puzzle with her when they have a spare 5 minutes makes all the difference.
The office staff continually send her a rota of regular carers so she has familiarity and continuity.
Computerised notes enable me to see what has happened at each visit, which is fabulous for monitoring any health or welfare issues Mum may have.
I have peace of mind knowing that Mum has a group of carers who really go the extra mile to care for her and keep her safe. I highly recommend this agency.

Five stars and heartfelt thanks to GA. Since my discharge from hospital after major bowel cancer surgery and heart problems GA have provided initial personal care and ongoing care. Everything is done to the highest professional standards. The Angels are kind, friendly and endlessly helpful, and thanks

I have found the Guardian Angel Carers to be friendly, reliable, competent and sensitive in helping my mother to wash, and also cooking for her when I've been away. My mother has also found them to be very helpful, and after a week away she is happy.

I have found the carers all to be very good but one (for me) has stood out. This particular lady also helps me if she has the time - she puts out the bin and has washed up and makes my husband a cup of tea. On top of that, she is a happy little soul and makes my day.

I have worked in care since I was 18 and have done many roles in which, working in a Dementia purpose built home, in the community with district nurses, nursing homes and domiciliary care.


Guardian Angels strive at working at supporting clients in the community in their own homes, that holds the same standards for person-centred care as I do, to keep their independence and dignity for those that I support.

I started in domiciliary care in 2014 at just the age of 18 after caring for an ill family member and I have remained in care ever since.
I then joined an Emergency rapid response team during Covid lockdown, which allowed me to work in the care sector alongside other care professionals to gain skills and experience to lead me to understand and support clients in a more senior role with a wider perspective on their needs and how supporting g people really impacts their life.
