Leisa has a wealth of experience, in both care-homes and domiciliary care. She has an exceptional client-centric approach, committed to addressing the holistic needs of clients, and proposing innovate ideas to enhance care and wellbeing. In light of this, we were delighted to appoint Leisa our Field Client Leader in 2023. She attends to each client on a regular basis to conduct “Spot Check” visits, monitoring baseline observations and conducting general property and wellbeing reviews. Leisa is a diligent and empathetic individual, her compassion and kind heart shines through in her care for others.
