She has an exceptional client-centric approach, committed to addressing the holistic needs of clients, and proposing innovate ideas to enhance care and wellbeing. She attends to each client on a regular basis to conduct “Spot Check” visits, monitoring baseline observations and conducting general property and wellbeing reviews.
