Visiting Angels have made a huge difference to my mother’s quality of life. To have a caring person go in to get her up, showered and dressed every day, has improved her mental well-being hugely.
It was proving very hard to find a care provider who could visit for an hour a day, but Visiting Angels
with their caring and considerate staff have really made a really positive change to Mother’s situation and given me peace of mind too. Can’t praise them too much!

Wow, this is a wonderful review, and we receive it gratefully. We pass on all comments to our family of Angels, as we believe in reward and recognition. We thank our Angels every day for the work that they do, but to receive a formal review from a client family member really makes quite a difference to our motivation, and we strive to even do better care for even more people.

I would just like to thank you for helping provide extra cover, at very short notice, for my mother last week, as Covid 19 struck our household. Although everyone is double vaccinated and boosted we didn't want to put Mum under any unnecessary risk and you provided superb support for my eldest daughter.
You have made such a difference to our whole family life because as much as we love Mum and would do anything for her, sometimes the stress of trying to do so, is counter productive and independent help and advice from empathetic professional carers is just what all of us need.
Mum finds it hard to communicate and interact these days, but your staff have found novel ways to build a rapport with her and help do the things ladies require, but not necessarily from an only son on a daily basis! I would have no hesitation in recommending Visiting Angels to anyone looking for help.

Thank you so much for taking the time to review our service and we are delighted that we have been able to support you and your family with tender loving care. Your review means such a great deal for the whole team. We work to support our clients with quality at home care and not necessarily to receive formal reviews, but this provides us with great feedback for when we get it right and helps motivate us to strive to do even better.

I contacted Visiting Angels for support for my sister, who was visiting us for 2-weeks. Although it was a short-notice request, the manager was extremely helpful, understanding and was able to provide an appropriate care package for her. The carer who came was like a breath of fresh air and so patient,
she really cared, nothing was too much trouble and was soon on friendly terms with us. If it had been possible, my sister would have taken her home with her at the end of her visit. I have no hesitation in recommending Visiting Angels.

The main carer for my Mum, who suffers from Alzheimer's, goes above and beyond in her duties of care. She is so kind to Mum encouraging her to do various activities and also having Mum teach her too. In the last week, we have had a traumatic time with Mum's dog. Her carer was there at the time and dealt
with the situation admirably and with no panic. She is a carer to be treasured.

Thank you for this kind review, this formal recognition is appreciated by us all at Visiting Angels, but particularly for the Angel you refer to here. We are very proud of her and we very much treasure her and all of our Angels, for the excellent care and dedication that they provide to our clients on a daily basis.

The care has been executed in an empathetic, kind and professional manner at all times. The support and understanding provided to
my Dad at such an emotional and difficult time has been so welcome and very much appreciated by all the family.

I contacted Visiting Angels - Cambridgeshire when looking for support for my mum. From the first contact, my experience has been entirely positive. The managers have been attentive, understanding and extremely helpful in determining an appropriate care package and demonstrated great flexibility when
we decided to trial a residential care home option for a few weeks in between support at home from the 'Angels'. The on-site team have been super, caring, professional and very friendly and, after a tricky first couple of weeks when Mum wasn't sure why she needed the 'help'. She now really appreciates their company and support. The discipline of home care visits has certainly made a big difference to her well being and has established a more manageable support platform for the family to work around.

I was looking for someone to provide care for my mum and decided to contact Visiting Angels towards the end of 2020. A meeting was arranged and a decision made after a couple of days, going over what was suggested to have someone pop in on Mum. A specific carer was suggested and introduced to her, who
had similar interests and from the first day, Mother took to her (although sceptical at first). For me, it is peace of mind knowing that someone has seen Mum and interacted with her during the day. There is an app that is completed so you get to see what has been done during the visit, which is a great help to have that information. Overall, I'm very happy with the service given to my mum and the communications, when there have been concerns for my Mum.

I approached Visiting Angels in the late part of 2020 for much-needed care for my Mother. Putting the right carer in place was essential and I needed someone who could not only provide care but also build a rapport with my Mother (not easy!). The agency recommended a carer (thank you to that person)
who was introduced to my Mother and me. I was amazed when my Mother connected straight away. Our carer is fantastic, she truly cares, is patient, communicative and really goes that extra mile. I now feel a huge weight lifted too. I now don't know how my Mother or myself could manage without her. I highly recommend her.

We found Visiting Angels to be well-managed and professional. They were thorough and took time to assess our particular and personal situation and requirements. This was not an 'off-the-peg' support package; we were provided with details of their assessment and suggestions for a route forward which
we were encouraged to adjust if we felt it appropriate. Throughout, they were caring, willing and adaptable. I have no hesitation in recommending such a supportive and trustworthy company.
