The manager and her team are supportive, understanding and professional when it comes to caring for my father who was diagnosed with Alzheimer's last year. Whilst currently his care needs are minimal, I take comfort knowing this team are popping in every day and carry out the daily tasks he requires
and ensuring he is safe. I can speak to any of the team, they listen and take action when advised. Thank you ladies, we appreciate your support.

Exceptional care service providers though it was for a short period of time, the quality of care for my aunt and her partner was excellent. I found staff very kind, helpful and sensitive in their approach and I would also like to acknowledge the excellent manager who was always happy to discuss any
aspects/queries promptly and professionally and was very accommodating when extra support was needed for my aunt quickly.

When Mum required urgent home care after being taken out of respite in a care home I contacted New Dawn. The manager went out of her way to provide a live-in carer immediately so Mum could come home. Mum had deteriorated in the care home due to inadequate care but within a week she was back to her old
self.
Mum has Alzheimer's with limited mobility and difficulty in communicating and requires support with all her daily needs.
Our live-in carer settled in well and Mum has bonded with and we would be lost without her.
We are all grateful to the team as Mum can now remain in her own home where she is happiest and the family know she is safe and well looked after.

When my mother needed home-based care to support her move from hospital, it was hard to know where to start looking. New Dawn was suggested as one of a handful of providers and have been really good. Very reliable and friendly carers, who have built a good relationship with my mother, and now my father
as his dementia care needs changed. The carers help my parents with food choices and have little personal touches making meals work well. The daily personal care for my mother is well received and the need for almost daily washing of bed sheets is just part of the normal routine. All in all, a company I would recommend.

New Dawn cared for my mother who suffered from Dementia and limited movement from February 2022 to September when she passed away. The compassion and general care provided were exemplary from every carer. I was reassured that mum's hygiene needs were totally supported with empathy and devoted professionalism.
One of mum's main male carers was a true example exemplifying care at home - he is a credit to New Dawn and a consummate professional. This gentleman became a virtual family member with his intimate and loving care for mum and even attended her funeral which meant the world to me on that day. I can confidently recommend New Dawn to prospective new clients and sincerely thank the company for the care and genuine love provided to my mother in the last months of her life.

My mum suffers from very bad arthritis and has dementia not have very good movement the more she is in pain she tends to scream and swear unintentionally they manage to calm and sort her out the care is fantastic and very professional whatever she wants they are happy to help with her. If mums happy

Always happy on arrival, and always happy to help with anything I need help with.
They come in and get me up, help me to the bathroom to either have a shower or a wash, and they help wash and dry me before helping me dress. They help me prepare my breakfast, fill up my juice for the day and make me
a cuppa, before leaving they always ask if there is anything else I need help with or want.
