As a family we were concerned about strangers looking after Mum in her home. Mum had always been a very independent lady. The team at BelleVie have been patient with my enquiries and questions even after the visit at home. They adapted Mum's care plan over the weeks when visiting and confirmed all
with us.
We loved the Birdie app so we could see how Mum was each visit.
The care team who did each visit adapted to our requests , more importantly Mum enjoyed their company, they had the patience to listen to her memories and saw if she needed extra time on her visit. The team were efficient contacted the Doctor on our behalf .
Thank you for the care .

Finding a top-class care provider for your parents to remain safe, secure and happy in their own home is no easy task. From the very first phone contact, we were impressed by the BelleVie team and their professional approach to putting in place a package that suited our parents' needs. The team who
provide the care on the ground, are superb and have made an enormous difference to the lives of our parents. In no time at all, they have built up a healthy rapport with us all and more importantly, have delivered the essential day to day services to help our parents to remain living independently. All of the highly skilled team are quietly efficient and get on with the job with total dignity and respect for our parents. It is very reassuring to know that as needs may change over time, that the package we have in place, can be easily augmented without any fuss or bother. We couldn't recommend BelleVie more highly.

BelleVie was recommended to us by a colleague at work. We needed support for our Dad who has mild dementia. From the initial phone call with the manager, we arranged a home visit and were introduced to the development coach. He explained more about the service they could offer and we discussed what
we needed to support our Dad. Dad now has daily visits from friendly and helpful support workers. Nothing is too much trouble. They not only keep him company but also ensure he eats, drinks and takes his daily medications. We have peace of mind knowing that he is in safe hands and we are reassured that he is happy and content in his own home. We also get daily feedback to let us know how Dad is getting on. We would definitely recommend BelleVie!

  • When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.

  • If a Home Care Provider does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.

I am a 67 year old widow and have spent the past 40+ years working in care. I retired last September from a nursing residential and dementia care home. I then began volunteering for Royal voluntary services visiting people who were discharged from hospital. I've realised I'm not ready for the knitting needles and slippers and needed to get back into a job I've always loved but didn't want to go back into care homes which is why I chose Bellevie where the person is put first and quality time can be spent with them.
