My husband has now been in care for quite a while and I can honestly say that our experience has always been excellent. THE carers are kind ,efficient, understanding of his little ways,and always ready to change things if it will make him more comfortable. We are very pleased with Serve Home Care and
would not look to change

The two ladies who are the primary team for Dad, have an excellent rapport with dad and understanding of his needs, humour, bad days and everything in between.
The rest of the team are getting to understand Dad and making excellent progress with him.
Communication is key and we have plenty of that.

Serve Homecare carers have visited my elderly mother twice a day since September 2024. She was very nervous about having 'strangers' coming into her home to start. She has however found them to be friendly and caring individuals, so she now looks forward to their arrival. They are very good at helping
her to maintain as much independence as possible and are happy to turn their hand to whatever she wants done on that day. Help with showering, dressing, putting the washing on, getting light meals or just having a chat. As a family, we would highly recommend them.

Serve Homecare has been brilliant with Mum, all the carers that helped especially over the Christmas period have done a great job. My family and I have been using this service for about a year and I have no complaints. This service has accommodated our mother's changing needs, including being mindful about ensuring that we have a consistent carer. The carers we have received have been reliable, punctual, and most of all friendly.

Serve Homecare have provided excellent care assistance for my mother-in-law since leaving hospital. All of the carers have been excellent, engaging with my mother-in-law and provided us with the assistance that we have needed. Communications with the office is very good and they have consistently met
our requests.

Duty of care is lovely and helpful. The carers are really excellent. The timings could be earlier as I am an early riser. I get on with them all they are very helpful. Thanking them all for their attention.

I would like to thank everyone at Serve Homecare who was involved with my husband's care. They always showed my husband kindness, understanding, and compassion. They were also very kind to me at a very difficult time in my husband's illness and would do what they could to accommodate him and myself.
Sadly my husband has now passed away but I will be ever grateful for your help.

Most of the carers are very good indeed, very caring and helpful, Mum definitely has her favourites though!

Very nice team of carers. All very sociable and helpful when I had a hospital appointment. Very helpful adjusting times and letting themselves in and doing extra for my husband. When carers are held up, it would be very helpful having a call. My husband finds it hard when they keep changing call times.
