Excellent level of care given. Good on-the-spot communication to confirm details of dates/timings/carers. Email communication also quick and effective. Very understanding of the needs of my husband as well as me - flexibility with dates and times enabling our requests to be fulfilled. Excellent adaptation
to medication regime due to recent procedure - carers have been brilliant!

We are very impressed with my father's main carer. She goes above and beyond her duty and I am 100% confident that my father is safe and looked after properly in her care. Some of the other staff haven't been as great such as asking to leave early even though he still needs support. However, the rest
are really good too and I'm happy with the care he has been given this far.
