I have no words good enough to explain how professional and considerate some of the carers are at this company. The carers were fantastic and so loving to our dear mom, who now, unfortunately, passed on. As a family, we all agree that we couldn’t have asked for an alternative service provider. The lady
that visited our mom were angels, and we can’t thank them enough.

Cannot meet agreed package times, don't stay full allotted time, no response from support manager to discuss issues. Was given this company as on council framework, are always late for appointments, didn't change my parent in morning. No attention to detail is offered by so-called carers - people who
are responsible for scared and vulnerable people and oblivious to simple requirements of the support plan. Avoid at all costs - totally useless and appalling organisation.

If you want to be abused, screamed at by carers and management, that's Sentricare.
Personal care doesn't happen had a handful of washes since June, always extremely late, carers play a social video app on phone, take off early, i.e. pay thirty minutes/one hour, get ten/twenty minutes as rushing to
next jobs. Carers on minimum wage and zero-hour contracts, so fit in as many calls as possible between six am and midnight, seven days a week, must arrange cover if they want any time off. Won't do normal household tasks such as iron. Rummage around in personal items and bags.
Don't put on medicines, drinks and don't attach night catheter bags.
Carers don't have minimum qualifications.
A male manager very rude walked into my house, without warning.
The office staff is extremely unprofessional, refuses to listen to complaints, respond to emails, and put the phone down on you.
A don't do, won't do service used by the Council.
Avoid at all costs and I can provide dates and times.
I am no longer with any agency as Sentricare finished the contract on the last call 18 November when the carers came in, refused to put me in bed or carry out personal care, and refused to lock the door and make the premises safe. Both within the terms of the contract. As a result I spent Thursday am - Monday pm sat in my wheelchair in my own waste when the district nurses helped me into bed on my side, cleaned me up and expressed concern for my skin. I have been in this position since then.

Very poor service provider. Staff are obstructive and unresponsive. Management avoids meeting client requirements. The company is either very insensitive or ignorant of specific client requirements or cultural requirements and feels that a blanket one type of service is suitable for its client base,
which is totally unacceptable. The office blocks repeat calls and do not call back when queries are raised.

Absolutely disgusted at the lack of care and attention as well as the processes in place. The carer was over an hour late, luckily we were visiting and contacted the agency. The carer was apparently stuck in traffic - yet hadn’t let their employer know how late they were running. Apparently, other days
or visits have also been missed too.
The person receiving care is apparently dressed by these supposed carers as well, yet if they are dressing her, they have let her wear slippers which have holes in the soles.
All they do is come in and put food in the microwave, then leave. The microwave now needs replacing due to the state it has been left in.
