We are really grateful for the care that S&P provide for our mother. The carers are always happy, polite and very gentle and caring towards her. They make the time to chat with her which she particularly enjoys.

S&P have been caring for my father since he came out of hospital approx 2 months ago. We are more than happy with the care he is receiving. All the carers are friendly, efficient and capable. My father is bed bound and has dementia. They make him feel comfortable and at ease with every thing they have
to do for him. They also check how my mother is and how she is coping with the situation.
Their visits are timely and on the odd occasion they have been held up , they have phoned to let us know.
The app is invaluable too as it let's us keep an eye on how he is doing.
The ladies in the office are always easy to get hold of and very helpful as well.

S&P have provided a four times daily care package for my brother since his visit to hospital in September 2023 and, as a family we have been delighted with the professionalism and sensitivity of each one of his carers. At the outset of care we had some worries how he might react, given his solitary
lifestyle over many years, but those concerns were soon laid to rest by an obviously well trained and super friendly team. S&P have been extremely responsive to changes as care needs have developed and we are so grateful for their help and guidance - and availability, when those occasions arise. Our sincere thanks for the team's continuing support.

Always professional and efficient but thoughtful and kind, our carers are hugely appreciated.
They are always reliable and cheerful and since they took over their responsibilities in June 2024 we have come to value them as friends as well as carers.
They have accommodated my increasingly complex
needs with expertise and compassion. We are so grateful to them all.
They also cope with my attempts at humour stoically and with good grace.

S&P Care Services has been a divine send. My mother is terminally ill and is receiving end-of-life care. The staff at S&P have exceeded all our expectations. My mother was previously with another care company and the care she received was terrible. So we frankly did not expect much difference but we
were so surprised by the difference in care. S&P staff have just been incredible! They are so caring, do their job diligently, with so much respect for my mother. She is so happy and they bring a smile to her face although she is bed-bound in pain and very frail. The staff deserve every award available for carers. The management team are true leaders. S&P support family members with an app so we are able to see all day how our beloved mother is doing. I am truly grateful to each and every one of the staff who make each day a delight for my mother. Compassionate care with attention to detail in all aspects. Thank you so much! Will always remain grateful.

I would definitely recommend S&P Care. They employ the most wonderful people.
The carers for my Mother treated her with the utmost respect. Always gentle and always explained what they were doing- very important as my Mother had severe dementia.
They were also very cheery, always smiling and happy
whatever time of day or evening they visited- even at the end of very long shifts.
I cannot praise them highly enough. They exceeded any expectations we had by a very long way. Thank you.

The team at S&P provided incredible care for my father while we waited for him to be transferred to a residential care home. Management and carers were always kind, polite and helpful. I live overseas, so I loved having access to the daily care notes through the app, as well as the ability to message
the care managers using another messaging app. These things made the situation more manageable across our differing time zones. I can't thank S&P enough for their help and compassion throughout a difficult process.

S&P Care looked after my mum on a continual basis for the last years of her life, making such a difference to her well-being and offering such support, especially during challenging times.

All the carers were lovely and very helpful. Always asked if there was anything they could help me with after they had emptied my catheter and if I had taken my medication. I look forward to seeing them and am missing them greatly.

After coming out of the hospital, my father-in-law needed care as he got his mobility and independence back. The care given to him was great; every carer made him feel at ease, was always friendly and, importantly, treated him with dignity and encouraged him to do things on his own whilst supporting
him when needed. Three and a half weeks in, he is independent again. Great care and great service.

The service provided by S&P has been one of a very high standard. They all showed respect to the client at all times, made sure that all needs and requirements for the client were met at every visit a day, seven days a week, and each carer that came was kind, happy and very helpful to the needs of the
client. Really good positive vibes at all times and took great interest in the client from day one. I would recommend S&P to friends and families for sure.

We were thoroughly delighted with the care my mother received from all the staff at S&P Care Services. They made the transition from hospital to home with care and consideration. They were always very thorough, never rushed and made sure she was always comfortable. They made suggestions that we welcomed
which made our lives so much easier, like the hospital bed. By now I think my back would be in a much worse state than it already was, it has been a godsend. The carers were all very polite and became part of the bigger family caring for Mum. There were difficult days when Mum was uncooperative, the carers just took this in their stride and carried on always in a professional manner. We were sad when the carers were changed when Mum's care was transferred to a social worker. She is still getting the care but it doesn't have that special touch that the staff at S&P gave Mum for the first few months of her being home with us. We thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.

A first indication of the excellent care service to be provided was when senior S&P managers arrived on the evening of the day that I returned from the hospital. They were highly professional, sympathetic and knowledgeable in preparing my care plan. What followed was daily visits from a team of dedicated
carers. Over four weeks, they cared for my every need - washing, dressing, helping around the house and attention to a rather painful bed sore. Every single one of the carers was courteous, respectful, skilful and with a positive approach to recovery in supporting me and my wife (age 87). I have no hesitation in recommending S&P Care Services to everyone.

S&P Care Services was arranged by NHS to look after my husband twice a day after hospital discharge. The care and professionalism of the whole cheerful team have been absolutely fantastic. They have helped him bring back his confidence and independence with their support, advice and guidance, which
was also given to me too, as I'm profoundly deaf; always spoke very clearly for me to understand. If we need S&P Care Services again in the future, we would definitely recommend them again. A big thank you for all you have done for us.

The wife really enjoyed getting to know all the staff/carers and would highly recommend this company. Even though it was a younger team, nothing was too much them and was able to cancel the carers at short notice if we wanted to go out for the day.

I found S&P Care Services easy to deal with. They were easy to contact by phone and returned calls when expected to. I never felt as though they didn't have time to listen to me. My stepmother reported that all the staff that cared for my father were kind, patient and willing. They rang if they were
likely to be late and, on one occasion, even stayed over the allotted time rather than leave my father alone.
