Thank you for your review and I am very happy you are pleased with the Walfinch service. Occasionally our care staff will be delayed by a previous call running over or road conditions that are outside our control. We have a process in place where we will call our clients if this is the case, and inform them of our delay if it is going to be more than a few minutes.
