As regards to the recording, we have now gone to an electronic program that records all the data which has changed the way notes and records are kept. This means the notes are more clear and accurate. Thank you for highlighting this to us. Their carers are reliable, professional and respectful even when dad's Alzheimer's makes him 'difficult'. They are prompt to communicate with the family and the staff
