Always available to talk through any concerns. Carers arrive on time and conduct themselves professionally, even when the patient is difficult.
Has made my life much better as I know someone is going in every day, and if a problem, will inform me.

My first experience of using a caring programme has been really good. Take a lot of stress away from my stay in hospital and my rest afterwards. Cheerful and very professional carer always on time and never let us down. I wish I could afford her long term. Thanks

We recently had our father-in-law come live with us who has dementia, we have our morning carer and she is wonderful. She is friendly, professional and polite. She has a really lovely rapport with my father-in-law and he really looks forwards to her visits each morning. We have total confidence in
her and she looks after all of his needs in the morning. My husband and I are really pleased with her and our Dog (Max) loves her too and also gets a little bit of fuss. We highly recommend the company and practically his carer who is always helpful and goes above and beyond.

We were very happy to welcome our carer who was very helpful, kind and understanding. She looked after my husband who needed to be showered very efficiently giving my husband the confidence he needed.

With the recent passing of my father, my mother needed extra care in the home so we contacted In-Home Care. They have been efficient, punctual and understanding of Mum's needs in, what has been, a difficult transition for her. She only has good words to say about her carer and another lady who keeps
in touch with her on a regular basis. We would not hesitate in recommending this company to anyone looking for some extra help in the home.

Dad has been extremely happy with the ladies he has coming to see him. They are always polite and offer help each time they visit. They take the time to sit and talk to Dad, which is what he needs.
We are greatly appreciative of their help, which has taken the pressure off me and my brothers.

I am very happy with the service provided. The carers have been very respectful and listened to how I like things done. They are always very punctual and it is nice knowing who my carer will be due to being given a copy of the fortnightly rota. Any questions I have had have always been met with friendly
office staff and answered very quickly over the phone or via email.
