Caremark has been looking after my dad for 12 months now. We are very pleased with the standard and level of care that he is receiving. The carers are friendly, caring, and considerate and ensure he has what he needs. The office is prompt to contact us in the case of any issues and is always available
to answer any queries.

All the carers treat our mother with respect and dignity at every call and if there are any issues the office and/or the carers talk to me and my brother straight away.
Mum is laughing with the carers and has built a lovely rapport with them.

Whilst my Mum was only under Caremark for a short time I cannot fault their organization skills and the warmth of their staff. My Mum went from 2 visits to 4 per day in a couple of days, needing 2 carers, and great service.

After nearly four years of unmeasurable stress, Caremark from the office staff to the carers have been an invaluable source of relief. The communication, support and care have been reassuring in the most stressful and most difficult of times.
I feel so supported as a carer to my mum who has advanced
Alzheimer’s and dementia they help me enormously with peace of mind.
An invaluable team of people who are extremely professional.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The wonderful Caremark carers helped me when my mum was near the end. They not only were so caring and compassionate with her, but also with me and my dad. I cannot thank them enough. Also, I cannot thank their care coordinator enough. I, at times, didn't know how to cope and she just talked me through
it. Now more stress with Dad, but I cannot be more grateful and he really enjoys the company and the food! I live a long way from Dad, but am doing all I can and to have Caremark helping me means the world. I cannot thank them enough.

All the carers are very diligent and interested in their clients. They try to engage in conversation if appropriate and are friendly. They are mostly on time and try to keep to their schedule if possible. Thanks to them all for doing their job so well through all the Covid difficulties.

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 9.8 (9.825) out of 10 for Caremark Arun is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  • b) The score for the number of positive Reviews is 4.9 out of 5 from 9 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Home Care Provider is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  • a) 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months.

    The Average Rating of 4.925 for Caremark Arun is calculated as follows: ( (50 Excellents x 5) + (2 Goods x 4) + (1 Satisfactorys x 3) ) ÷ 53 Ratings = 4.925

  • b) 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5').

    The 5 points available are broken down as follows: 3 points for the first Positive Review, 2 points in total for each of the next 9 Positive Reviews (1st = 3, 2nd = 0.5, 3rd = 0.5, 4th = 0.25, 5th = 0.25, 6th = 0.1, 7th = 0.1, 8th = 0.1, 9th = 0.1, 10th = 0.1)

    The 5 points relating to the number of Positive Reviews for Caremark Arun is based on 9 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as follows: 3 + 0.5 + 0.5 + 0.25 + 0.25 + 0.1 + 0.1 + 0.1 + 0.1 = 4.9

  • When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.

  • If a Home Care Provider does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
