We have been so delighted to look after your mother since we began in 2022. She has become a firm favourite of all of those that cared for her. Of particular note was how engaged and supportive her immediate family was for her, and working together with you all has meant that we have been able to offer more responsive and personal care. I was so delighted to be able to meet all four of her (adult) children you have all been very sympathetic. Thank you all for your support of our carers too. We are so pleased that the transition to care home has been a good experience and look forward to paying a visit to her in the coming weeks.
