Following a fracture to my wrist, I needed short-term help to regain my independence. Beaumont Home Care were recommended to me and the six weeks of care I received from them was absolutely brilliant. The professionalism and caring nature of this company was evident from my first meeting with the staff
member who assessed my needs and I found this very reassuring. I felt very comfortable with having the carers in my home and having them assist with my personal care. They were all unfailingly kind, attentive and encouraging. They arrived punctually and if there was a delay or a problem, I was contacted and told who to expect. Having had previous experience with carers, I can honestly say that Beaumont offers a service which is far superior to most because the needs and comfort of clients are central to its ethos. I have no hesitation in recommending Beaumont Care to anyone looking for home care - we are very fortunate to have this excellent company in our local community.

Beaumont Home Care came to the rescue when my mum was hospitalised and needed help upon returning home.
The team were able to organise care at very short notice and were instrumental in her recovery. The carers were absolutely lovely, helping her with personal care, food preparation and keeping the
house clean. Mum was apprehensive about being discharged from hospital so early but thanks to Beaumont Home Care she was happy to be home and regained her independence after a few weeks. I would highly recommend this company.

I am so happy to have found Beaumont. The service provided for my elderly father is outstanding. Due to trust issues on my dads behalf, they are providing consistency in the carer who visits weekly. The change in my dad is amazing, I am looking to increase his care visits. They have worked with my requests
for dad at all times I cannot praise this company enough.

I required some fairly urgent care for myself, following a rather frightening bang on my head (having had a stroke in June) which rather unnerved my daughters who wanted some overnight care for me. At very short notice I just basically needed someone to sit up overnight in case anything happened of
which I would be totally unaware.
I contacted the manager who managed to secure a carer for exactly what I was after. The young girl was free to start that day. She turned up promptly and understood what was required. The next morning, she packed herself up and left for the bus, she returned that evening and carried on for a week, which was ideal. I had every confidence in the manager and her team, I was phoned the next day to ask how the first night had progressed. I advised I was delighted and had no complaints or problems.
I would highly recommend Beaumont Care without hesitation.

We are very pleased with the service we received. The staff were helpful, polite, caring and punctual, making the experience a relaxed and enjoyable one rather than stressful.
The communication was simple and the way we could book times and dates was easy.
My family were also able to access the information
easily, ensuring that we all knew when staff would be arriving and how to reschedule, should we need to.
Overall, a very pleasant experience with staff taking account of the situation and nature of my husband's needs.

Both of the carers that we now have for my mum are fantastic in different ways. My mum has Alzheimer’s and can be a tricky customer and it did take a few carers before we found the right fit.
The care company has been very supportive, including finding emergency live-in care over the Christmas period
and they are also flexible with requests. Due to the size of the organisation, your family are not anonymous but are known as individuals which is something we value.

Reply from Tracy Barnabas, Director at Beaumont Home Care

Additionally, we're grateful for your kind words regarding our support during the Christmas period. When I needed some emergency care for my elderly mother Beaumont responded quickly and efficiently. The 2 carers who came in to live with mother temporarily were kind, caring, and professional.

Beaumont Home Care have helped soften the shocking news that my father was now needing palliative care. From the moment I picked up the phone I received kind, courteous and considerate advice on the best plan and type of care for my father.
The service provided was immediate and the care was first-class.

From my first contact with the company owner, I felt as if was speaking to someone who really cared! I needed temporary care for my mum while my husband and I had a well-needed break. We hadn't had to use the service before as I had coped with Mum myself. However poor Mum is showing signs of dementia
and I can't leave her to take tablets on her own. The carer came in every morning, bringing a newspaper with her and making sure her tablets were taken safely. She would make sure Mum had breakfast and made a cup of tea. She popped to the shop some days if anything else was needed. The carer had a lovely caring personality and Mum enjoyed her daily chat. I was so happy with the whole experience and would not hesitate to use them again.
The company owner is always happy to chat and is very compassionate. She was very helpful and very knowledgeable about dealing with dementia.

I am a nurse of 37-years. My mum died suddenly in Sept, and since then, my dad has needed help as he is very frail. We didn't want someone who just flitted in and out. We wanted dad to have time for a chat and some company. Quality of care and continuity of care were of utmost importance. This care
agency has been superb from the very first contact. Nothing is too much trouble. Communication with the agency has been timely and effective. The owner and registered care manager visited together and stayed about 90 minutes on their first visit to completely understand dad's needs and answer any queries. A holistic care plan was then developed with us, and his care started this week. The care plan even includes feeding and walking his dogs! It has been lovely to see my dad chatting and laughing with the carers, he seems generally brighter already, and we are really pleased ( as are the dogs!). I have no hesitation in recommending this friendly, professional and caring organisation.

I cannot praise Beaumont Care enough. They are extremely professional, caring and adaptable. They gave us a care package immediately and we are so happy to use them. As there are only three carers my Father knows the faces that come into his home. They recognise that even though he is 97 he can still
do a lot for himself and will offer help only when asked. They also offer a 30-minute slot which many companies will not do. They are wonderful. Thank you to the carers.

Job Title: Head of Wellbeing

I joined Beaumont Home Care in 2020 and absolutely love my job! Holding a very important role in the Company, it is my job to visit the individuals we care for to bring happiness, comfort, and companionship to those who appreciate and enjoy being able to touch and stroke a friendly dog.

Many of the people we care for absolutely love animals (just like me) but for one reason or another are no longer able to have a pet of their own and this is where I come in. When you join the Beaumont family you will be asked during the care assessment if you would like a visit from ‘Beaumont’s Wellbeing Dog’ and if it is something you would like, your details will be added to my diary.
Due to being in such high demand, I may not be able to see you on a regular basis, but I promise that I will pop in to say hello when I am in your area, and when my mum isn’t looking, I never say no to a biscuit! In my spare time, I enjoy chasing squirrels (I still haven’t caught one yet), going for long walks, sleeping and eating).
