In 1991 I started in the care sector as a care assistant, I then progressed to a senior care assistant, deputy and manager which has led me up to today where I am the director of Criss Care. I have my NVQ'S level 2,3 and 4 in health and social care and a degree in health and social care management. I joined the care sector as I lost my parents and I have a deep compassion and love for helping others.
I have a large family which includes my children, grandchildren and brothers and sisters who I value spending time with. As the director, I remain hands-on within the company and support my team to the best of my ability.

I started working in the care sector at age 16 on a work placement whilst I was at college studying health and social care. As I progressed in my career I achieved my NVQ level 2 and 3 whilst working towards my level 5 in leadership and management. I have worked in residential, nursing and mental health settings working with elderly clients, young people and children. I have been registered with CQC and OFSTED which has helped me develop the necessary skills and qualifications to safely manage a domiciliary care branch. In my spare time, I enjoy looking after my bulldog, and stepdaughter and working closely with Charities.
