Providing high-quality care is our top priority, and we sincerely regret that we did not meet your expectations in this instance. Your concerns regarding the handling of your catheter and communication challenges are extremely serious, and we want to assure you that they are being taken very seriously. To address this matter promptly and thoroughly, one of our senior members of staff will be in touch with you shortly to arrange a visit. This will provide an opportunity to discuss your concerns in more detail and ensure we take the necessary steps to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.
