The care my in-laws receive from Blue Angel is exceptional especially their main carer who comes in. Nothing is too much trouble for her to do very patient, compassionate & caring towards them. Whenever I need to deal with the office staff regarding my in-laws care they are very quick to sort out any
problems I may have.

Blue Angel are amazing, they have been caring for my Mum for 18 months and we now have live in care with them. They are always there when Mum or I need them, I can only praise them, we needed care at short notice and they managed to sort it out straight away. I can't praise them enough. They have
taken the stress out of finding care.

Really lovely carers, considerate and helpful and trustworthy, always well informed and I feel relaxed with them looking after Mum.

Blue Angel Care gives me a few hours each week to enable me to meet with friends without any worry. The carer is fantastic and manages to get him to do things that he wouldn't do for me. She is very patient and understanding of my husband's condition.

I have now been with Blue Angel Care for approximately three months and I am very satisfied with the service.
I started with Blue Angel after being with a different company for years but new management/admin had become untenable.
From the start, the care coordinator I mainly deal with has been fantastic
and understands my needs, especially in regard to my anxiety caused by previous company.
My care is scheduled exactly as I need, when I need. If changes are made, someone from the office communicates this in a timely manner.
They also communicate well with their carers about me so the carers know what they're doing.
Every carer I've had has been lovely and professional.
Overall, my experience with Blue Angel has been excellent and highly recommend them.

Blue Angel helped with the care of my Godmother and were really flexible filling in when her private carers could not make a visit, as well as covering visits as we increased her care with her increasing frailty. They were really good at communication, keeping me updated, and very caring with my Godmother.
Would certainly recommend them.

Blue Angel Care have helped me and my brothers support and care for our mum and to keep her in her own home.
They have been great in bonding with Mum, caring for her and doing personal care which otherwise would have been difficult for us to do. They have always been good with communication and keeping
us up to speed with how Mum is.
They have gone above and beyond on quite a few occasions. We are very pleased and grateful we have such a good care company helping us with our mum. Would highly recommend this care company.

The Blue Angel Care Central Hampshire carers are always nice and polite, they always greet both myself and my wife when they visit. No problems with times, we have a good relationship with the office, if we ever have a problem we call them and they sort it out which is very helpful to us.

Blue Angel were very quick to respond to a request for help for my mother at short notice. After a meeting in the afternoon I was given an option to have a carer that evening. We decided that the carer could wait for the next morning. When the carers did come they would be very patient with my mother.
My mother found it difficult to know what the carers could do for her at the beginning. With patience and understanding my mother was able to build a relationship with her carers. My mother had a fall and the carer dealt with the situation very well and called the necessary assistance, staying with her until help arrived.

Very caring group of people that continue with great service. Never a problem to add tasks or cancel slots.

Carer was so kind to my mother who was really struggling. Her energy and friendly manner encouraged her to get up and get going. I was able to leave her in very capable hands. Mum was feeling much better when the carer left.

At a time when I was unable to do my own flat cleaning following discharge from hospital help from Blue Angel, was very much appreciated. On recovery, I treated myself to some more weeks of help from the same Blue Angel young lady.

The carers always arrived cheerily and greeted my husband every time. He was gently treated when they had to move him and made him comfortable at all times. They made sure he was never in pain so ensured his last few weeks were as peaceful as possible.

Since June my step-mother has welcomed the visits of Blue Angel carers twice a week. The carers have built a trusting and caring relationship with her and are helping us to ensure her welfare. I also highly value the collaborative approach with the leading team as we modify together the care they provide
as her needs change. They are always available and responsive with strong human values. The team provides a digital tool that allows us to read notes on how each visit went - this is highly informative to identify early future needs. We are grateful to and thank every member of the team for their work they provide with kindness and professionalism. We shall increase their involvement in the care of our dear stepmother in confidence.

After a traumatic experience in hospital and with a poor prognosis, Blue Angel Care was booked for my dad when he came home. They are kind, knowledgeable, reliable and never mind talking to me if I call to ask a question. They have reassured my very anxious and unwell Dad and given me peace of mind.
Finding caring and efficient people to help my dad was amazing.
