I started with Blue Angel Care on the 24th Feb 2020 as the Care Manager for the Farnborough location and In January 2021 I left the Farnborough location and became the Registered Manager of the new Central Hampshire branch.

I joined Blue Angel Care in 2021 as a Senior caregiver and then shortly joined the office team as a Care Specialist. I now work as the training and Development Officer.
My journey in social care started in 2014 as a caregiver, and then over the years I became an experienced Field Supervisor. I am fully dedicated to delivering the best standard of care to our clients by working closely with the Blue Angel Care team at the Central Hampshire Branch.

Natalie started working in the care sector in 2009 as a Domiciliary care worker and started working for Blue Angel Care Central Hampshire in January 2022 as a Senior Carer, she was shortly promoted to the office team as a Care Specialist.
Natalie has progressed in her role and carries out the team's Coordination as well as client assessments/reviews. Hobbies are spending time with family and friends, and horse riding when time allows.

I started in care a year and a half ago with little experience. I felt part of the team immediately and had great training. After 6 months I was promoted to Senior caregiver. I had the responsibility of performing spot checks and helping out in the office. Now I'm currently completing my NVQ level 3 and in the office helping with recruitment and planning events. I have loved my journey so far and look forward to things to come.
Her hobbies are spending time with her children and watching them play for the local football team.
