I started my career as a young carer when I had to do PD dialysis for a family member, I did this for over 4 years. This made me very passionate about helping others fulfil their lives by providing assistance and managing various health-related conditions.
I have been in complex care for the last 11 years having done vast training including tracheostomy care in the community and hospital settings. Also have vast experience in using ventilation equipment like Bipap/ Cpap Cough assist and suction machines.
Regularly using feeding pumps. Managing Diabetes and monitoring vital signs. Also coordinating with Doctors and nurses to maintain optimal care for client needs and health.
I am compassionate and reliable with good relationship-building abilities. I am bilingual in English/Urdu/Punjabi and have excellent interpersonal communication skills and organizational skills to help run a positive and high-quality driven environment and anticipate the needs of our clients.
My hobbies include spending time with family and friends often going on walks or outings. I enjoy time in the garden growing vegetables and flowers. I often help within the local community day centre/ mosque ladies' group where vulnerable people attend and have a language barrier with translating and filling in forms for them.

It’s an honour for me to be a Carer. I have learnt how to be patient and listen and be supportive, also professional and responsible to do my duty and take care of my clients.
