I cannot put into words how brilliant the Manager and her team are, the care they give my mum is outstanding, mum had a stroke in May which left her non-verbal, we hired a private speech therapist which wasn't working but since the manager and her team took over mums care, not only has her speech improved
dramatically her whole mood has as well. I have just recently been on holiday and mum took ill while I was away and straight away not only did they get in touch with the doctor they collected her medication and made sure she was ok. I cannot thank them enough for the are all outstanding and do a remarkable job, and me and my family are truly grateful and would certainly referred them to anybody.

My parents live in York and I live in Shropshire. I was originally hesitant about how effective care would be for my parents, but I couldn't have been more wrong. The team provide an excellent, flexible, caring and professional service for my parents visiting their home 3-4 times a day. In doing so
they are allowing them to stay in their own home rather than residential care. All of the team, without exception, have become friends to my parents and have improved their quality of live beyond recognition. I cannot recommend Ebor highly enough, they are brilliant!

My husband suffers from Parkinson's Disease and we've been with Ebor Home Care for around 18 months, 18 months of home-living we could not have managed without their help and support, her team of managers and carers are professional, reliable, competent, flexible in emergencies, quick to respond to
requests, a great source of innovative caring tips. But as a team and as individuals, they are so much more than this. My husband is treated, always, with care, dignity and gentleness. His preferences and interests are noted and responded to. Time with a carer is often a time of laughter and pleasurable conversation, and when I need an occasional boost to my spirits, that boost is forthcoming. I recommend Ebor Home Care unreservedly.

I love Ebor Home Care I'm so happy that my social worker found it all those years ago. I've found friends gems as people and I've grown massively since I started having this support they are good at helping in the home, working out at the gym, and meeting with my friends and family. I kept asking social
workers to increase my allowance as my health needed more and the thought of losing this support would seriously have a negative impact on my mental health. I look forward to my shifts and enjoy them. I have my favs but who doesn't hey? The only thing I worry about is a good review could make people want to also have Ebor and hate the thought of losing it. More happy and positive and want to enjoy life more which not only has made an impact on me but my family as a whole. Best care agency by a mile. Any problems the team is happy to rectify and we have a laugh. Talking my thing as is truth so thank you Ebor.

I am full of praise for this company. My husband is cared for sensitively, professionally and well. He is a complex patient with constantly changing needs. The manager and the carers communicate well with each other and are quick to respond and adapt when his needs change. They show concern and offer
support to me as well. I feel part of a caring team which I value hugely. It feels that nothing is too much trouble and this makes a difficult and painful situation possible to bear.

Cannot fault the care provided to my Grandmother over the last few years of her life. Exceptional service is provided by staff and a company that truly cares about its clients. The support and care provided at the end of her life is something we will always be grateful for. Highly recommend.

From the very first contact with the team at Ebor Home Care, both mum and I were extremely confident they would deliver the care required, and we weren't disappointed. Everyone, from the carers to office staff and the managers put mum at the heart of her care plan and the care they provided was exceptional.
Such reliable care in the home meant mum felt safe and looked after and was able to live at home rather than move into a care home. From my perspective I knew I could contact the team if I had any questions, nothing was too much trouble. Big thank you to the team.

My 90-year-old mother had a shocking illness before Christmas that resulted in a long hospital stay, followed by a period where she stayed with family members to recuperate. Her greatest wish was to be independent again and return to her own home. Ebor Home Care worked with us to plan a care and support
package which would see her living confidently at home as quickly as possible. The management and administrative staff were very professional with a comforting friendly approach to customer care. The carers were wonderful and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. The whole team worked together to support Mum who has come on in leaps and bounds getting back to her normal self in a very quick time. She calls the team her ‘safety blanket’ and although a little apprehensive initially, she realises their support and guidance have been instrumental in her recovery. Ebor Home Care is an exceptional family business and I will not hesitate to recommend them to others requiring assistance.

Excellent care provider, very professional, kind and exceptionally caring.
My mum is so happy with the care she is receiving from Ebor Home Care they are mum's extended family.
The carers are well trained and recognise all aspects of care from personal hygiene, safety around the home, dietary requirements,
skincare, and dealing with Mum's mild dementia, all provided with dignity and kindness. I know Mum is in safe hands and is well cared for.
Ebor Home Care is a well-run family business who are always available and approachable, they give 100% to their work and are highly recommended by Mum, myself and my family.

The Ebor team came in at short notice to help out with my mother-in-law who is suffering from Dementia. From the outset, they have worked with us to ensure her needs are met. They understand her needs and are kind and friendly which is reassuring for my mother-in-law and for us. The group chat set-up
is invaluable to us and we always know how she is doing and any problems are picked up quickly. The team are excellent in a crisis and we feel very confident that she is in safe hands.

I can highly recommend Ebor Home Care, their service is exceptional, professional caring and going above and beyond looking after my mum and nothing is too much trouble or effort. Mum has just come out of the hospital and the extra care and attention the carers are providing are amazing. The management

My goodness, what a lucky find for us, Ebor Home is working out so well for my dad.
Dad has Parkinson’s so is slowly getting unable to care for himself.
At the moment he has carers three times a week to shower him and any other help around his bungalow, changing his bed, dusting etc. These amazing
carers have taken the strain off my sister and I, so we can visit Dad and have quality time with him.
So, 10/10 for Dad's care.

I’m extremely happy with my carers everyone is so different and they do their jobs exceptionally well. My carers make sure I have all to hand each day as my disability makes me unable. They give me choices throughout the day for meal times. The carers are always punctual and there is never anything
that is too much. I’m very happy.

Ebor Home Care is excellent. They looked after my neighbour for the last 2 years. We had them coming in 4 times a day, seven days a week. Always cheerful and got on with what they had to do, to keep my neighbour happy and safe in her home. I cannot recommend this company more, thank you for caring to
all the team.
