Platinum Healthcare Services have been caring for my dad for a year now and I have always found the staff friendly and professional. They have got to know my dad’s dementia quirks and respond to him brilliantly. They will have a laugh and a joke with him which he loves. I am very satisfied with the
communication from management and the overall service from the whole team.

I’ve had brilliant care from the carers and the management are very accommodating. The carers go way beyond what care you get, they're so friendly and very efficient and knowledgeable. I don’t regret getting my care from them, it’s the best decision I’ve done since I’ve had care, thanks so much.

Platinum Healthcare Services have been my chosen carers for over two years now. They work extremely hard to achieve their aims and the customer satisfaction expected by clients.
The management team are a credit to all and set a very high standard of workmanship for their team to follow.
Just like
in any profession, there are good and not so good team members who bring differing standards to the table but, in saying so, management are 'on the ball' and reacts very quickly to solve any issues, big or small. New team members are subject to all required 'checks' and 'shadow' the more experienced members in order to get to know the client and the client's needs before being 'set free' to work alone as and when required.
The team are always positive and happy when they visit and clients are able to choose a preferred carer if they wish to. I have confidence that Platinum Healthcare is the right choice for me and thank them highly for their work to date.
