My mum has Vascular Dementia. I am her carer, for ages I had been putting off getting help in, as I did not want to upset my mum, but contacting this company was the best thing I ever did. Mum is happy and content with the carer that comes and I get a relaxed break.

This company was recommended by a work colleague. My father is elderly with dementia. The carers have been patient-centred, professional, and caring. They are respectful, timely, clean and considerate and have given us peace of mind. My father has responded to them well.

My son has special needs. One day his regular carers did not turn up for the morning call and my son was still in bed. It was nearly 12 in the afternoon. I was struggling to wake my son up. I called Home Care and spoke to the manager who was very understanding and immediately offered help. I found
him to be very professional in his approach and who is always available to discuss any concerns and find ways to work around it. Thank you.

New to the service but so far very happy with the care and attention given to my elderly mother. The two carers that have visited to date have been very accommodating and flexible to her needs. The manager and his team are very professional in their approach and are always on hand to discuss any concerns.
