Rachael started Beloved Homecare in 2020 and has been the leader of customer service as a director and private client lead.

Rachael spends her time supporting our clients who travel internationally to Spain, Dubai, Jersey and the UK.

We operate care and support for UHNW clients who require support but also need to travel every three months between territories.

We have a dedicated team to support UHNW clients around the world at short notice.

Rachael is fully qualified for NVQ Diploma Level 3 with specialisms in dementia care, elderly people care and end-of-life care.

Charmaine is the angel of our service. As ferocious as a lion, yet as gentle as a lamb.

Making sure the service provided to our clients meets our customer service excellence standards.

Charmaine has one purpose at Beloved Homecare, and this is to ensure the care we provide meets or exceeds client expectations.

Charmaine has first-line management responsibility for the small army of carers we provide.

Charmaine is a highly qualified care manager in both adult and children settings of over 15 years.

With the most experience in the care of any team member, Charmaine is the go-to person to fight the corner of our clients in matters of securing additional calls, negotiating with social services and an otherwise wonderful human being.

Charmaine is the gel that holds us all together.

Simran is always smiling and is a firm favourite with our clients across Wirral.

Achieving the Care Certificate as well as specialism training in end-of-life care, elder people care, mental health support and medication administration.

Simran works across Moreton, Hoylake, Heswall and West Kirby.

Donald worked in care facilities in Nigeria before arriving in the UK in 2023 to work for us at Beloved Homecare.

Donald has achieved the Care Certificate and specialist training in moving and positioning people, mental health support, end of life care and supporting older people.

Not only is Donald a much-loved carer by all of our clients but he is a fantastic Rapper and MC - with a Youtube channel showing his amazing voice and talent!

Nipa joined us in 2023 and is small but mighty!

Nipa specialises in Eldercare and mental health support.

After achieving her Care Certificate, Nipa also gained additional specialisms in medication administration, moving and handling clients safely, positive behaviour support, conflict management and physical intervention techniques.

Nipa spent time in mental health care homes to work with adult clients with learning disabilities and autism as well as working in the community to support elderly clients in Wirral.

Niyo was a qualified nurse in Sri Lanka in 2021 and joined Beloved Homecare in 2023 as a professional carer.

A firm client favourite, Niyo specialises in elder people care and after completing the Care Certificate, also gained additional specialisms in medication administration, nutrition and hydration and dementia support.

Niyo works throughout the Wirral area to support our elderly clients.

Harika is a firm favourite amongst our elderly clients.

After completing her Care Certificate, Harika also completed additional specialist training in mental health support, elder people care, medication administration and continence support.

Harika operates throughout Wirral and provides support from pop-in visits to more structured 24-hour care packages for our clients.

We operate both overnight and 24-hour live-in Care throughout Wirral and surrounding areas.

Amjad is a multi-award-winning carer at Beloved Homecare.

Our clients consistently commend Amjad for his excellent customer service and his approach to care.

Amjad completed his Care Certificate and continued to specialise in medication administration, elderly client care, catheter care, stoma care, nutrition and hydration and dementia support as well as end-of-life care.

With outstanding reviews from clients and family members alike, Amjad is a wonderful caregiver for Beloved Homecare.

Jyotsna joined Beloved Homecare in 2023 from her work experience as a carer in India.

Small but mighty! Jyotsna is a wonderful care colleague with a smiling face at all times when she is supporting our clients.

Jyotsna has achieved the Care Certificate as well as additional training and support in end of life care, dementia care and mental health support.

Jyotsna mainly supports our elderly clients.

Gillian is a specialist carer providing 24-7 care for our UHNW clients.

After completing the Care Certificate, Gillian became a care champion and specialised in training other carers in high-dependency elder care.

Gill now supports our UHNW clients wherever they go around the world (including Wirral) and provides live-in care for them.

Spain, Jersey and Wirral are the main places Gill provides support.

Nishi is often the person you will speak to on the telephone if you call our offices or the emergency on-call phone.

Nishi is a highly experienced carer having achieved NVQ 4 Health and Social Care in Sri Lanka as well as an MBA from Cardiff University.

Nishi is responsible for organising the care teams, rota management and providing day-to-day operational support.

Starting as a carer with Beloved Homecare in 2023, Nishi soon became trusted and relied upon our Client Service Manager to support and train other carers.

Nishi is the backbone of our service, supporting both clients and care staff on a daily basis.

Always smiling and willing to help. Nishi is a credit to the care profession.

Maryann joined us later on in 2023 and has been a wonderful asset to our care community.

You will often find Maryann in the Moreton area of Wirral supporting our clients around the CH46 area.

After completing the Care Certificate, Maryann also completed specialism training in catheter care, nutrition and hydration, medication administration and end-of-life care.

Maryann has won several team awards for her customer service excellence throughout 2024 and continues to be a wonderful carer to our elderly community.

Jim is an exceptional carer with over a decade of experience in the care sector.

Jim has achieved his NVQ 3 in care with specialisms in dementia support, elderly people care and medication administration.

Jim can often be found training our new care team members as the final 'sign-off' to make sure they have achieved the Care Certificate.

Jim is our gatekeeper to ensure new carers are safe and competent to work in the community on their own. As such, his word is law when it comes to carer training.

Jim has a depth of care and compassion for people that shines through in every client feedback we receive.

Masudul has been an asset to us in building our clients in West Kirby and Heswall.

Extremely well-liked by clients and recently started training our new care team members, Masudul is an experienced carer and an excellent Tandoori Restaurant Operator too!

Masudul completed his Care Certificate and specialist training in elderly care, medication administration and personal care. Masudul will often take new carers with him to train them on the job (with permission from the clients).

Care has become a family affair for Masudul because he has other family members working at Beloved Homecare too!

Justine is a wonderful carer who supports our elderly clients throughout Wirral.

After completing her Care Certificate, Justine also completed additional training in medication administration, safe moving and handling and personal care for elderly people.

Justine can often be found travelling throughout the Moreton, Bromborough and Tranmere areas of Wirral.

Zakir is one of the most patient, supportive and kindest people at Beloved Homecare.

Zakir specialises in supporting people with dementia and is often the person we utilise when dementia can make people aggressive or confrontational.

Zakir has a wonderful calming presence and his ability to remain positive in all situations is the human equivalent of the horse-whisperer!

Zakir has completed the Care Certificate and has a specialism in dementia care, mental health care support and person-centred care.

Apart from having the most awesome name we have ever heard (try saying his name like Power Ranger voices - MEGA RAJA!), Gobi is an excellent carer who specialises in elderly client care.

Gobi completed his Care Certificate and specialises in personal care, dementia care, medication administration and companionship.

Gobi usually works throughout the Heswall and Bromborough areas of the Wirral and is very well-liked by our clients.

Carl is the Registered Manager at Beloved Homecare and is responsible for the delivery of the service standards for the team.

Carl was appalled at the standards of care available in Wirral after his grandmother was often visited by carers who would stay no more than 5 minutes when scheduled for 30-minute calls.

Call-cutting is normal in Wirral and has become common practice by care provider across the Wirral area because local authority contracts will still pay providers the full time, allowing some carers to provide poor standards of service to clients on a regular basis. i.e. rush in and do the least amount possible and rush out to the next call as quickly as possible.
