SureCare provided home care for my dad on a daily basis, including breakfast, lunch, tea and beds. The care he received in my opinion was usually excellent, along with my sister who was the main point of contact and was very “hands-on” with SureCare along with my help. Dad is very set in his ways with
not a lot a lot of leeway allowed! Even changing carers when they left the company and the change to a new carer could cause him anxiety, we managed to keep Dad's car at home until recently but due to his lack of mobility caused carers to need more time and therefore expense we decided to move him into a nearby care home and so the care is 24/7 but all credit to SureCare. I would recommend them to others, kind regards.

Agency first supported Mum with respite care at home to enable me to go on holiday (after Mum moved in with me and my family). When Mum deteriorated she then needed two carers four times a day ongoing to hoist and general moving and handling. The agency worked with us to ensure right amount of care
and individual needs (eg -four times a day was too many hoisting sessions for Mum, so they supported us to experiment) and were flexible, so now three times a day (bigger pads/ meds 3x day) and increased support to include medications and meals when I go on holiday. Really good in sorting out any problems (nothing is trouble), they sort it out happily. All carers excellent, always new people (carers) come with usual carers (2 carers plus a shadow carer over several visits) so know routine and Mum.

I have been using SureCare for my parents for many months now and I feel I can leave an honest review of my time with them so far. The company provides fantastic care for my parents, trying to go the extra mile to help with any requests we may have. My Mum and Dad have commented on how lovely and considerate
the carers are and that really helps reassure me and makes me believe they genuinely do care.
So a big thumbs up from me and keep up the good work!

Before selecting SureCare, I read the reviews and visited the website to see the background information on the company. From the first point of contact, the office staff were friendly and open to suggestions on what my mum needed. From the initial meeting at the house to setting up the care package
for my mum, it was a relaxing process and felt comfortable for me and my mum. The management and the regular care staff for my mum came to her first visit to introduce themselves. Any changes to timings, my mum was always informed, and any medical issues, I was always informed. I have no complaints about this care company, and I and my mum are very happy.

The care given to my parents, both in their mid-90s and still at home together, has been and continues to be excellent. All the carers are friendly and cheerful and are able to cope with all the mood changes that old age brings! We are always notified of any issues that arise, and knowing that the carers
are there four times a day gives the family more peace of mind. My parents have had a few medical emergencies in the last year, and we have been so impressed by the support that has been given by the care team. It's good to know too that we can discuss any issues by ringing the contact number. I would definitely recommend this agency to anyone with similar needs.

From the very first meeting when the staff came out to do the initial assessment for my wife, the communication has been fantastic. I can't praise the staff enough; they listen to our needs and ensure these are met, taking into account all the risks I would never have thought of myself. They have offered
suggestions that have been helpful and have signposted me to a carers support group for my own needs. The service takes into account the whole picture and supports the family members as well who provide the majority of the care to their loved ones. It clearly shows the staff are caring and empathetic in nature and would highly recommend SureCare Chesterfield to anyone seeking help for their loved ones.

From the first initial telephone contact to personalising plan to delivering the care for my dad, they listened to what we were looking for, offered suggestions and tried to find workable solutions that worked alongside the family. They showed professionalism and were extremely caring. SureCare is not
